I like the protection for the products I purchase and the longer time to use a gift receipt for a return.

I figured I would give this membership level a try. While I still have it since it is providing exactly what it promotes, so far I do not think it is a good fit for me. I will be using it for a few more months to see if I get more value out of it. However, as someone who does not need GeekSquad support, the other savings do not justify the membership with my purchasing levels.

I have had a great experience with this and have enjoyed it. Being a member provides me with a safety net on items i buy and is more than worth the money. I also suggest open box if you don't mind a ding here or there this will also save you money and the membership covers those roo.

I thought this was one more of the typical memberships, however the value was provided immediately. Great customer support, plus an incredible discount. I’m recommending this to my friends and family.

I guess this isn't going to be quite as relevant considering Best Buy is frustratingly going to stop selling physical media, however the $7.00 savings I have actually matched the price of the movie on Amazon - and that's honestly one of the biggest issues I have with this membership. Earlier this year, Best Buy increased the price of their 4K releases and Steelbooks by a minimum of $5.00, sometimes more, thinking people would just buy it there anyway instead of using Amazon to get it for the old price. If I'm paying an annual membership price and being offered special pricing, I would expect common items like movies to already be price-matched and not have to force me to get a hold of customer service for a refund. I think the Switch game deal looks pretty good, but I do not have a reason to use it. I don't care for the Nintendo Switch as it wasn't even a modern console when it came out, let alone in 2023. It's also nice having a 60-day return window, which is probably the only thing of value that I may have a use. I just haven't had a need for it. Maybe offering like a 10-15% discount on warranties may offer better value for me, as right now there has not been any tangible benefit that I have received/used that would really make me want to purchase this again next year. If you raise the price like you mistakenly did on movies, I'm definitely not going to buy it again.

Well first off this membership saves you more than what you pay for, even though when I purchased the membership it was along with item that were returned because of there being on use for them I still went ahead and kept the membership to see what it was all about, I really am enjoying my plus membership and recommend anyone like to shop in store or online, you have a great selection of options

I go to best buy atleast one or twice a month, so being able to save money and get discounts on things that I’m wanting feels like another W!

Membership is fine, I like that I can get refunds if something I bought goes on sale within the timeframe
