I would recommend everyone to get the membership. It pays back itself at least 3-4 times with small purchases, tech purchases over the year and way more returns if buying appliances.

Very practical. I bought the wrong one once, and only after I unboxed it did I realize it was not what I wanted. Because the appearance was the same, I only realized the difference after using it. And it was indeed not as convenient to use as the one I wanted. It is really convenient to have this membership

This membership is good and very safe and I’m glad we also get a protection on products.

On paper the membership is a decent deal. I paid $50 for it and got a $50 certificate to spend at Best buy. I purchased the membership in order to get two month price match on a TV purchase and that is the only reason. I was banking on the price of my purchase to decrease which didn't happen but I'm not mad I got the membership. I will not be getting it again though because I simply do not shop at Best buy often enough.

Very pleased with membership. Goods benefits and gives a good sense of security to my purchase. Definitely a must have.

love the peace of mind getting protection plans on purchases, and the unlimited support with the geek squad are great, although I don't use it as much as I should, it's a great value.

Great way to save money when you are purchasing large ticket items. I was able to save almost half on one of the items in my purchase of 3 pretty large ticket items.

Membership is easy to get and seems to be a great value, enjoy the promotional deals and the customer service support is phenomenal!

I am still in the process of installing/using my new products and services, as I had a stroke. This visit to Best Buy for an IPAD and ALEXA was the smartest thing I have done for myself in years. I will avail myself of the Best Buy services to get me going, and already Know that my life will be so much simpler once I am able to enjoy it every day. Nothing better than finding the BEST products and letting the out of date junk just go away. My time is so much better used. Thpatiently ank you, Daniel, at Best Buy, who helped me with my purchases! I will soon return for two more necessary items! This young man is not only very knowledgable, but knows how to explain things very very well. He truly understands Customer Service. After a Light Stroke, I was a bit slow in understanding how things work together. This man is my Hero.

The membership more than pays for itself. But the reason we always return to the Sunrise store is because of Matthew in the computer section. He is so knowledgable. Super nice and professional. He listens to what you need and leads you in that direction. If he thinks an upgrade is worth the money he will tell you but doesn't make you feel bad if you don't do it.
