We purchased a laptop and several things to go with it. I like knowing that my purchase was secure and it we had any problems or needed to exchange something we had time to get that done.

I could have gotten this purchase for less elsewhere...why is there a delivery charge on major appliance when other places do not charge a delivery fee on appliances over $500. I spent 1500+ on a fridge and you still charge me even though your membership says "Free delivery"

Free shipping and occasional member-only deals make it worth it if you shop often. I’d like to see more exclusive discounts, but the convenience and savings have made the membership worthwhile so far.

You have to dig for good deals, but are rewarded

But, if you do your due diligence, you WILL be rewarded and pay for more than the membership is worth at least once or twice over with just average purchases.
