My membership is a real value and I have saved enough from my first purchase that paid for the membership. This is a real value. In addition, the geek squad is there for support anytime after my purchases. We’re over I love the peace of mine that the protection plans Best Buy offers. I can’t emphasize enough how valuable Buying a membership through Best Buy save your money and the support you receive. In all my purchases, I have always been satisfied and appreciated the fact how the staff listen to understand what your needs are. Thank you, Best Buy.

I purchased the membership when I biught my new Hisence TV over the phone at Best Buy. The worker on the ohine said that the delivery guys would take TV out of box, put stand on it and place on the TV stand. The delivery guys said that it is out of their ability and that it would cost another $200 to do this. Frustrating that the phone staff did not know what was possible and also the delivery guys did not know what the phone person had told me. Especially frustrating that i could never talk directly with Best buy staff from the Coralville, Iowa store. I dont think the membership purchase was really worth it for me.

Becoming a member was a "no-brainer". It's affordable and it gives me peace of mind knowing it's there for me when I need it. Thanks Best Buy Plus!

The membership is a fantastic way to save a good deal of money if you utilize the deals well. I'm a little confused why certain perks, like cheaper eshop money and B2G1 switch games, went away without any warning. That said, I was able to make use of them upon first getting the membership, so I ended up getting a great value and I recommended it to many friends. I hope Best Buy continues to offer compelling reasons to keep the membership over the next year.

My membership help me to purchase items and pay for them on monthly payments. I get the best quality of purchases and sales on washers, dryers, stoves, Tv and all house items thats necessary. The service is great and so is the managers and sale people. They make sure any problems I had with shipped items was corrected and in store purchases also was Ttaken care of. Keep up the great work.

We built a new home and bought all new appliances to go in our home and a few new electronics. Having the membership saved us so much money and having the protection plan is also so nice to have. My opinion is the membership is worth every penny.
