The Best Buy Plus membership has been great for us this year. We purchased a laptop and several things to go with it. I like knowing that my purchase was secure and it we had any problems or needed to exchange something we had time to get that done.

We built a new home and bought all new appliances to go in our home and a few new electronics. Having the membership saved us so much money and having the protection plan is also so nice to have. My opinion is the membership is worth every penny.

You can definitely get your money back if you buy the special deals you are eligible for.

You really do have to dig for deals that aren't just stock-clearing gimmicks (hint: you DO NOT NEED another cordless upgright vacuum from THAT brand no matter what deal you think you are getting lol). But, if you do your due diligence, you WILL be rewarded and pay for more than the membership is worth at least once or twice over with just average purchases.

Very misleading in benefits. I could have gotten this purchase for less elsewhere...why is there a delivery charge on major appliance when other places do not charge a delivery fee on appliances over $500. I spent 1500+ on a fridge and you still charge me even though your membership says "Free delivery"
