I could have gotten this purchase for less elsewhere...why is there a delivery charge on major appliance when other places do not charge a delivery fee on appliances over $500. I spent 1500+ on a fridge and you still charge me even though your membership says "Free delivery"

I really value the members-only pricing and deals, access to member-only sales and events, tech support, product protection, and free shipping. There's also different tiers of membership to meet different user needs.

It's a nice security blanket to have for any future purchases too.

I am hoping to make better use of it in the future, right now the budget is too tight. This makes my shopping experience a lot better by not having to pay shipping. The sales they are having are good. I just am not shopping for anything at present time. But I have another nine or so months of the membership. Looking forward to using it more.

Perhaps as time goes on, there will be items of interest at a more competitive price/value where this membership will 'pay for itself'. Right now, I'm not seeing it.

I am not just talking about the discounts (which there are a ton) but the price matching. The extended price match window has allowed me to make purchases today that I would normally wait weeks on (for a sale). Customer Service has always been fast and fair. If you are a technology focused person, this is a wise purchase. Now if you will excuse me, I am off to build the new Lego Batmobile that I got on a member sale!
