I am not sure what the benefits of this membership is. May have missed some document explaining it. All I know is we are being inundated by Best Buy emails.

This membership served us well. We had to purchase some big-ticket items (MacBook, washer and dryer) and relied on Best Buy Plus to make sure we got the best prices. We received money back because the MacBook price went down after we bought it.

Membership help me get a new laptop after they serviced my old one and bought it back missed up.

Overall, I think it's pretty good, but I have a little suggestion to make it even better! Recently, I received a $50 certificate as part of my membership rewards, which was super exciting! However, I noticed it has an expiration date of 11/17/24. What happens if I’ve already made my purchases and don’t need anything else before that date? It seems tricky, and I wouldn’t want to lose that certificate! It would be great if certificates could stay in our accounts and be used whenever we want, regardless of an expiration date. It would add more flexibility and make the membership feel even more rewarding! Thanks for taking the time to read my thoughts! I appreciate all you do and look forward to your thoughts on this.

It was a great deal when I first bought it. It paid for itself when I bought me MacBook because it gave me $50 off. Since then (2023) I don't think I've received any other discounts. The other "perks" aren't really all that special. I've never found anything that was very far off the price of nonmemember's. I probably won't renew it unless I'm buying another MacBook.

I switched from Windows to a Macbook air for the first time. I had my reservations as I didn't like the gesture control on the M1 airs my friends had. I came to realize the gestures can be modified to our usecase. I can't emphasize enough on how solid the product is. The trackpad, battery life, and the build is amazing. As a casual user, I can recommend the base version Macbook air to anyone. The starlight color option is premium-looking. This machine is going to last atleast 4 years to be honest. Highly recommend for any windows users thinking about switching to Mac.
