My Best Buy Plus membership is a good deal. Love the perks you can get with it!

Membership includes free two day shipping but they cannot guarantee it. Lost several hundred dollars having to stay two extra days traveling due to a shipment that took 4 days.

Great clear picture. Easy to navigate and good remote that is easy to operate. Sales person was very good at explaining the different TV’s so we could make our decision.

I purchased this membership so I would have more time to return an item purchased for x-mas. I bought 2 items that were on sale. So paying for the membership was worth it. I think we should just have more time but, Best Buy has always been so good about returning things. And they are wonderful with answering any questions you have. I have brought my laptop in years after purchasing it and they showed me what was wrong free of charge. So I think it’s worth it!

Membership is a plus. Support, Geek Squad, Phone Tech Support. If they can't fix it they will replace the item ( depending on warranty ). Easy to schedule repairs. I'm an Apple Person and going to Best Buy in Douglasville is convenient than driving to Lennox or Cumberland Mall. Get the Membership
