The membership is fine, but the mechanics of earning and redeeming rewards is not straightforward at all. The all is very, very confusing, and the credit card link makes it even more confusing.

As a new member, we have purchased a couple of things and used the points earned after buying a new iPad.

Very prompt and courteous service. Initial purchase was totally explained .

Only thing I seen so far is the extended return date. Haven’t seen 1 single discount offer or coupon

The membership provides great value if you love electronics like me. Having the plan provides an extra peace of mind. It allows you the opportunity to test the products you purchase to see if it’s a good fit for you without having to worry about a 14 day window.

The added protection and peace of mind knowing that a decisIon once made can be corrected and/or adjusted given a little more time is worth twice the cost for the protection. All of this is supported by Best Buys friendly and courteous personnel.

Salesman pushed the annual membership when we purchased our tv. Unfortunately he misled us about the$100 bonus. It came but we have to use it in basically 1 MONTH. That was never disclosed by the salesman. Cheap way to get us to spend $50 for limited use.

Overall is a good experience and worth having. One issue I had involved changing an order from pickup to delivery because it was out of stock. Since it was initially a pickup it couldn’t be changed to delivery even as a plus member.

$50 a year for a program that has saved me hundreds a year. No brainer. The member only deals alone are worth the cost. I picked up a $40 laptop bag for $10 just the other day!

The Best Buy Plus membership was a great offering that allowed me to purchase a very good laptop for a family member at an excellence price. Let's just say that the family member had a very Merry Christmas that year!

A lot of potential savings to be had with the additional Plus member deals that are offered quite frequently. I particularly have taken advantage of the Buy 2 Get 1 Free Switch games a tremendous amount to get an amazing amount of savings and to pre-order some of what's coming up as gifts for friends and getting great savings, to boot! Tons of extra savings on a lot of electronics in general and most other categories, as well. The $50 to get the basic Plus membership is definitely worth it for a year of these kinds of savings if you are able to spend a hundred or more most months and need or want to get a solid amount of value for the money. I'm a collector, so I highly appreciate the greater opportunity to get more for less by a significant amount pretty often so far. I've only had the membership for a few weeks and I've already been extremely pleased with what I've been able to get for my money.

The item was out of stock even though the online inventory said there was one left in the store. The store employee was really helpful looking into the issue....found that one could be shipped to my home, and it arrived the very next day.

haven't had a chance to utilize this option as of yet.

Love my Plus membership. Best Buy makes shopping fun again!! Exclusive deals and discounts with limited alerts. Just enough so they are informative, not annoying. And there hasn’t been one time when my package hasn’t arrived early. Great job BB.

I updated my membership to the plus I’m sure it’s worth it
