This membership is one of tye best thing if you are into tech and new products. You can enjoy the points and also not worry about the cash back.

The membership was valuable for a one-time purchase and some of the member deals are relevant, but I didn’t quite see the value for renewal over the long-term. I would probably have to see 3x savings to make it worth the annual fee.

I have mixed feelings so far. I should spend more time educating myself on the real benefits. One positive was the assurance of getting credit if item went on sale. I bought IPAD on December 8th. Of course it went on sale on Black Friday. Quick phone call and without any hassles, I got a credit for the difference in prices. Eliminates the question of should I buy it today or hope it goes on sale next week.

Not much to say. Does save some money. Get eaxtra points you can apply to other purchases.

The membership plan is excellent value, esp the fact that you get geek squad protection on purchases, gives you great peace of mind. Also the selection of products and customer service you get from Best Buy is simply outstanding.

Not used and hope i never need to! Love that anything i purchase while i have this is covered.

I enjoy having an extended return date on items, as well as member discounts when they are available.

Was a gift to me. I like the discounts. I don't like the annual fee. Used to be free to rack up points for certificates. Now this crap.

Every time I go to the Bestbuy store I’m greeted by a employee which ultimately makes me feel good. Although the store is usually busy, someone always comes to me and asks if I need some assistance or advice. Most of the time I know what I’m looking for and I’m able to advise them. I’m always satisfied after I select my items of interest. The help I received at my last purchase was amazing several employees were available to help me load my 65’ tv in my truck while it was raining outside and I didn’t have to wait or help. This also made me happy. The instructions were very simple to follow when I installed the tv and I was very impressed with the quality of the tv and how easy it was to get the tv working in my favor. I do appreciate the service and customer service and support from all of the employees. Thank you!

The plus membership is worth it with all of the perks that come with including extended 60 day return on most items purchased!

Love this membership but don’t do the top tier unless ur doing a 4 thousand dollar purchase or higher.

The membership was a great value. The huge 100” TV was a great buy with the membership I got the TV delivered with installation included. The 3 gentlemen they sent was professional and so polite and did a great job with the installation and setup for the Hisense TV. Will definitely be buying any of my electronic needs from Best Buy.

Saved money on multiple GSP’s cannot be upset with that. Seems expensive but worth it overall.

I was helped in finding a new gaming monitor and the associate that aided me went above and beyond to do so. I cannot recall her name but she has been there for years and has multicolored hair ! Got the membership as a perk with the purchase of the monitor due to a promotional deal.
