I was helped in finding a new gaming monitor and the associate that aided me went above and beyond to do so. I cannot recall her name but she has been there for years and has multicolored hair ! Got the membership as a perk with the purchase of the monitor due to a promotional deal.

Saved money on multiple GSP’s cannot be upset with that. Seems expensive but worth it overall.

Our membership prove a great value when we remodeled our kitchen and needed to get new appliances. Not wanting to exceed our budget the membership provided that opportunity to get a new fridge and dishwasher and not break the bank.

Although initially skeptical, this membership was very helpful. I had some issues after my TV was expertly set up that impacted my being able to watch the TV. Although the fault was with my provider, the Geek Squad came and fixed it. Because of my membership, not only did I get a prompt response, but I did not incur any further charges.

It’s definitely worth it you can get some really good deals

Everything about the membership is great. You get extra coverage on your appliances and who doesn’t want that when you’re spending a lot of money it’s protected. It’s a great value and I would highly recommend it.

Erik took a lot of time to help me find the perfect and correct Sirius radio kit for my husband for Father’s Day. He also helped me make an appointment at the Bay Shore store for installation. He was capable and professional.

They succeeded in setting up three televisions and getting them programmed. Explained how to use remotes, record events etc. We could have never gotten things set up and working without their help.

Aside from the initial discount that they gave me for applying to the Best Buy Plus membership I have found no value in have this membership. They cannot give any further discounts or anything that is of value. They cannot look up any of my past purchases or give me any information about my account. Not worth paying for this membership.
