So far, this membership has MORE than paid for itself, and I look forward to using it even greater this year..... I bought a New Smart TV and a $49 membership. So far, I got $50 off the TV, got $25 for a price decrease, got $55 bonus for spending over $300, got another $5+$5($10total) and am scheduled to get more cause I used the Best Buy Credit card. I needed the New TV, saved $50 & put around $90 back in my pocket.... Who could complain

Joined while I was purchasing a new LG fridge. Paying $50 for the year versus $110 for delivery, install and haul away. Plus, the fridge could go on sale then I’d get a $ back. Also, I may need to save money towards a new modem or router within the year.

Make sure that what get is going to be the item that's going to work for me. Also that what the emp[oyes say is true. I bought a phone that is not everything they said. going to take it back and see what they tell me, then the real answer will be said '

But my favorite part? “Member-only support.” That’s right—without this membership, you’re just some peasant yelling into the void, hoping Geek Squad will answer your cries. But with My Best Buy Plus™? Now they ignore you in high definition. And let’s not forget the monthly gift card giveaway. Because nothing says thank you for your loyalty like a 0.0001% chance of getting back the money you gave them in the first place. So yeah, My Best Buy Plus™ because paying extra for the privilege of spending money just makes cents! Now, where’s my $400 gift card?

I have definitely enjoyed the membership so far. I like getting notifications about drops on products early. The customer service is good. The only thing that I have noticed with it that I don’t believe is true and the reason I got the membership, is that you jump to the front of the line when you are a member. I was told that you get that perk with the membership from the customer service agent I talked to.

I buy at Best Buy because it’s easy and reliable. They usually have what I need in stock, prices are good (and they’ll price-match), and same-day pickup saves me time. If something goes wrong, returns are simple and Geek Squad can help—so I don’t stress.

So far, no issues. Still learning the features. Item went on sale before 30 days of purchase. Phone regarding adjustment, first customer service person told me I was out of warranty to receive adjustment. Suggested I read the online policy. So, I do not understand the purpose of the purchase "My Best Buy Plus" membership. Had to call back to have issue resolved.

The Best Buy plus is definitely a plus specially if you purchase something in two or three months later, you see that the price went down they will definitely price match.

In the beginning of the year I decided to become a Best Buy member because of possible price matching for cell phones. I have drain my iPhone 11 Pro Max battery twice grinding out COD mobile seasons. Being a member allowed me to price match some phones from Metro by t mobile and that was great. We also waited In line for the Nintendo Switch 2 and not only received nice little gadgets but also they gave us insurance if we weren’t satisfied with the purchase we could return it without losing 10 percent for the restocking fees. An additional 50 bucks for the year upon first purchase feels like an excessive add on especially with all these new Apps we all subscribe too. But so far color me impressed with being a Best Buy member
