I am a goldilocks person. I want it just right. Best Buy’s 60 return policy is so flexible and easy, I highly recommend it! I like LG Oleds. I wanted one for my bedroom which was small. So for $899 I got a 42”. Well I tried it out for a few weeks and decided I wanted to go bigger. So I switched it out for a 48” for only a $100 more. Again after a few weeks, I still wanted it bigger. I found a 55” open box for an extra $58. I returned the 48” and the 42” and found one that was just right. Ok I won’t lie wish I could go to 65” but alas my 60 days are up and I am so enjoying the 55”. I love Best Buy!

As our salesperson told us when we bought our TV, we should watch for sales around Super Bowl. I did and called yesterday to claim my difference. Once I had a person on the phone, she was so polite, so quick, and handled everything perfectly. So impressed with our knowledgeable salesperson and the woman who refunded us the sale price difference.

I don't know why I purchased this upgrade from the lower tier membership. I have yet to talk advantage of the benefits.

We recently purchased a DJI Mini Pro 4 drone at the Canton store and the whole process was so easy. Just made a quick phone call after checking online make sure it was there drove down walked in hassle free picked up the product got a good deal on my Best Buy account no interest. Purchase the DJI insurance for 2 years at a very competitive price. The best drone I've ever had this is a must have probably the best Christmas presents ever

Kind of hard to gauge value when I don’t buy new appliances or electronics regularly. I think we got free delivery when we first signed up and we were sold on exclusive deals, but nothing has really stood out to me as a great deal. Forgot we had it over time and then it auto renewed. Would have appreciated some notice before it renewed.
