I would love to say membership is the best but in all honestly can't because when we signed up for it I wasn't aware you needed to make an appointment anytime you need even very minor assistance with your cell phone or lap top. I realize I'm not a computer or iphone whiz or expert but come on guys, the greeter at the door said I needed an appointment just to ask a simple question about my new iphone which Best Buy supports. That turns me off to being a Best Buy member. Perhaps you could change your policy at the front door to include it's ok to seek an answer to a question from tech support without an appointment.

Having this membership has helped me save money with reduced prices, deal and rewards! I will go onto the app and see if anything that I would like to have has dropped in price or a good trade in value!

When you buy TV from Best Buy and you purchase a membership for the year the one good perk about this membership is that if this TV goes down in price lower than what you paid for it you will receive the TV at that price and be given a refund so in my opinion, it’s an excellent choice Cause you have a few months

My Best Buy Plus membership has been a great value this year. I made several significant purchases and the assistance I got was useful, instructive, and gave me definite peace of mind-- which is what makes it the best.

When they brought out these memberships I was initially put off by them. I had been a Elite Plus member for some time and was upset about them transitioning away from a benefits system that was more of a pay-to-get model instead of the benefits earned from purchases. I was given $25 in rewards back from the purchase of this membership, so 50% off for the year. Then on my first purchase at "member price" I saved $26. So basically the membership had paid for itself for the year in 1 purchase. I now don't feel the need to maintain a certain level of spending at BB and instead only buy stuff that I need and has a good price. We will see how the year goes and if I will maintain the membership or not, but so far it has paid for itself.

The membership is one of the best things I have ever done, My purchases from Best Buy are substantial, it's my favorite store. The organization within the store is superb and the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. The Geeks came out to my house I was left speechless. This membership offers so much value when it comes to taking advantage of BestBuy's services and benefits after buying an product you would like to be well maintained. If you can afford spending a bit more I would reccomend you get it for the benefits it offers.

I can't give it a full 5 star rating yet because I haven't been able to use it much, but I look forward to the free 2-day shipping as being an option. I also appreciate the protection plan that comes with the products that I have purchased. The membership plan was explained very well, and they will also do a price match of an item even up to 60 days after the purchase! Can't beat that good of a deal.
