I purchased and returned membership because there was no used for me. 3 - stars for me for goving me the chance to try out and able to return with full credit back when Dissatisfied— True customer service!

This membership was worth the money if you need to have assistance in transferring your information to your new phone. It is supposed to cover the warranty for my new iphone also. Hopefully I won't have to find out if that is correct. I want to add that the associate that assisted me was excellent. He was very patient and was able to address any questions or concerns I had.
