I don’t work for best buy, but I do highly recommend buying this membership especially if you know you’re going to buy or shop here a lot. Staff were great in explaining things before you buy this membership. Even after a long time of being a member, the staff will remind you or offer you exclusive membership deals and prices when you buy later on.

Haven't used it yet. I'm waiting for the item that I purchased to go on sale as I was assured that it would be.

It’s been a few weeks, so I do not remember the salesperson‘s name, He was great. He answered a lot of questions took time with me was patient and eventually I made a significant purchase. The Riverdale New Jersey store typically has very patient Team members.

This is a must have membership if you like tech and you constantly go to Best buy, not only does it provide a protection plan for your purchases but it gives you great discounts.

Recently joined Best Buy Plus when purchasing a Dyson vacuum in store. As the benefits are explained, it’s definitely worth the $50/yr. You’re getting member only deals and savings that I’ve already taken advantage of, free two day shipping, price matching no questions asked and 60 day returns no questions asked. There are other benefits but these are the highlights in my opinion.

My store clerk was very helpful making sure I purchased the Lap Top I needed to operate my small business. The purchase of the Pus Membership will be very handy for our small business needs.

This membership is a real value. Member prices, plus unlimited Geek Squad support are great. Also, we love the peace of mind of getting protection plans on our purchases and the 60 day return policy on our purchases

I have had excellent service at Best Buy after purchasing a new IPad. Scott was very helpful in dealing with a senior, offering a chair while he was explaining things to me and transferring everything from my old IPad to my new one. I came back the next day to see if they had an adapter so I could use headphones and charge at the same time and he spent a great deal of time searching for it and eventually found it. Customer service is excellent!

I believe this membership will be a $ saver for us as we shop for all new kitchen appliances
