Saved big with Best Buy membership—fast shipping and exclusive deals!

I love the free shipping and how fast it is. Also the discounts and extra days in case you need to return an item. I only would say I hope more items get included in the discounts for members.

The membership has already paid for itself. If I make no more purchases for the rest of the membership it would still have been worth it. The problem is the store associates that make it difficult to use. It would be nice to be able to take care of the price matching within the app itself. Rather than going into the store and dealing with terrible associates and then having to do it over the phone. The associates over the phone are great though.

I made out with the buy 2 switch games get one free but they took it away. I was under the impression that the deal would not be going away and that was the only reason I got it. I did save still but wish they would tell people that there deals are changing before they did or that they can change them. With that said unless it comes back this will be my only year of it and would say pass to my friends.

As someone who was hesitant about purchasing a best buy plus membership, I can honestly say that it’s definitely worth it! I was able to make a large purchase with an amazing discount due to the membership. The savings alone from that purchase have allowed the membership to practically pay itself! Another thing I appreciate is that it’s a one time fee for an annual membership as opposed to having to pay month over month. Highly recommend.

The downside is ive been told ive had multiple “certificates”/ “discounts” for example one for $100 off ANY Apple product on to be told today that its not even on there anymore… idk why it would disappear i still have the original receipt from the macbook pro 16” M4 pro and the $100 they said would be discounted towards it two weeks later or to other apple devices is jist gone…

A real value to get extended time to review products to get returns and enjoy deal and discounts.

I initially got the Best Buy Plus membership for the extended hassle-free return window, which has been fantastic. I no longer have to worry about rushing to return a product within a short timeframe. This gives me peace of mind when making big purchases, knowing that I have plenty of time to decide if the product is right for me. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of member discounts and how quickly the rewards added up. This membership is a must have for cardholders. Overall, the Best Buy Plus membership has more than paid for itself in the savings and convenience it provides. I highly recommend it to anyone who shops at Best Buy regularly and wants to make their shopping experience easier and more affordable.

The Membership was recommended by my salesperson. I was purchasing a Washtower for my cliset to create a laundry station near my bedrooms-which I love. The Membership price allowed me to get free delivery of my purchase. Win-Win

Plan saved me big time. Had to buy a new sound bar. Ended up buying one a little more expensive than I had wanted to spend. When I checked out the employee reminded me if I was plan member to remember to check to see if item was on sale the next 60 days. So about 4 days later i checked and it was. Even with the plan cost i got credit for almost half of what we spent. Knocking it down to almost same cost as the lesser model.

I had a completely unpleasant experience buying a fridge.. Then I canceled that purchase when it was delayed by 3 months. I then purchased a floor model that was delayed in delivery as well. During the cancellation of the first fridge we purchased, They signed me up for this when I purchased the floor model, and gave me a pile of gift cards, which I then used to pay for said floor model fridge. I haven't been back in the store or to the website since. The experience was complete trash. Then this e-mail showed up, so here I am. Why did I sign up for this 'Membership' that I know nothing about, and never use since I'm never in store... which is 50+ miles from my home... a store that I might visit once a year....... Granted, When I do visit, I usually buy expensive things.. $700 tv.. $1000 fridge... so forth, but I only shop with you once a year... maybe once every 5 years... depending on my tech needs... Why and what does this membership do other than send me spam?

I got this alongside my new MacBook, as prices fluctuate. A week after my return window would have expired, this got me $150 back because it was then on sale. I’d highly recommend this with any big ticket purchase,
