Being honest here... It's ok of a program. I got it when I bought a new computer and saved many dollars with the membership After I bought the computer what pricing offers fall under the discount with the membership isn't really many. What they should do is on ever purchase based on the price of the purchase you should automatically get a % off. After all you are paying them a decent amount of money each year and you should get something more. When I do buy things at BB all I hear is "Sorry, there are no membership discounts for this item". Mainly larger ticket items. Well, I'm not buying a computer every visit. LOL The question underneath this question asks if I would recommend this membership to a friend. They didn't have an indifferent button so I marked yes. Yes would be for... if you are buying a larger ticket item, then yes it would be worth the membership

What impressed me most about Best Buy Plus are the discounts on products that you don't get with other subscriptions. I'm relatively new to Best Buy Plus and I'm still exploring what else I can get with it.

the discounts are good but customer service lacks intelligence. i needed help with attempting to print something they sent me in the app - i can't print from my phone - i asked them to email it to me so that i can open on a computer or put in the us mail and they said that they couldn't

I'm about to use it tomorrow for the first time actually cause I don't really feel like I've been getting a lot of benefits sincey friend that doesn't have it have been getting almost the same offers and if I'm not wrong pretty much same time, but now I need to return my PC and I want the same one back, let's see tomorrow if they help me o how hard it's going to be

Best Membership I have! Just for the for the 60 Day’s returns on the Washer and Dryer alone!

It was partially great. However, when i needed my computer to be looked at, they told it wasn't covered. So technically, i didn't needed it but was available just in case

3.5 stars I have been a Platinum level Best Buy member for many, many years but they stopped that program and started this one. I haven't ever really understood how it works, except that you have to pay for the higher level memberships now rather than earning them through purchases. For $49.99/yr, I get early access to sales, although I'm not sure when these sales are? I also get free 2 day shipping and an extended return policy to 60 days. I think there is something with tech support too but I'm not sure. I would say that if Best Buy wanted their program to be more successful, they need to have a more comprehensive listing of what you get for each level with access to more detailed explanations for each if you need it. From reading around, it doesn't seem that I am the only one with this issue.

Diego was very nice and attentive, extremely knowledgeable and explained all the products and services, he definitely knows the layout of the store as I needed to see a few things to buy. During my next purchase I’ll make sure to look for him, as he made my experience and the store look really good

Even though I didn’t think or realize that I needed this at the time of purchase, it became a lifeline of saving time and money later. A must get if you run any type of small business or high productivity from home.

I got this membership because Best Buy contacted me after I had bought a new soundbar. They told me that the item I bought was $170 off if I was a member and they could refund me that amount if I joined. I think I'll be renewing this membership because there are some really great savings available.

Receiving a $50 gift card for purchasing a $49.99 + tax service that includes coupons to earn gift certificates is a no brainer. Two thumbs up.

This membership is a real value! The rewards and Best Buy plus benefits and discounts are amazing!
