A noble employee (JV) reasonably explained the benefits and the cost of Best Buy Plus when I was planning on getting a computer. I ended up signing up for it when I eventually purchased one. The internal price match was also something he'd explained to me, citing his own experience utilizing that price match--I was able to get an extra $100 back when I checked a sale email from you guys and called for a price match. Solid business practice.

I haven't really seen much benefit from this membership

The 2-month return window is what made me love the membership, and I'll definitely be using it for the holidays

I’m brand new to this but so far I can see the value in this.

We have been having trouble with our appliances so we decided to go to Best Buy and buyba set of washer and dryer. The person who attended to us is very knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to answers all our questions and also made some tips thats helpful to us. We really like him and since we cant biy at that same day. We waited for his next schedule so could complete the transaction of owning a new washer and dryer. Thank you Best Buy.

Just joined my Best Buy Plus. So far have had a price adjustment on an appliance which went down in price, free delivery on a small $15 appliance plus several rebates. Looking good. May update to a 5 as time goes on.

Recouped my price differential as promised. Cashier took care of it effortlessly and efficiency. Got back 2x what it cost me for the plan

Bought the plus membership for the 60 day price matching and additional ancillary benefits.

Always a little wary of box stores that are confusing with pricing, upselling, etc. I encountered none of that in this particular store.

This membership is a great value, with all the benefits it comes with. I love it!

Very helpful over the phone and it pays for itself if/when you need repairs or replacement.

This membership has more than paid for itself. I received almost $200 back with their price match guarantee from the purchase of my new MacBook.

We used this the first year and it was great but since we didn’t have anything big coming up to buy we cancelled it.

Having Best Buy plus has helped me save money even when I didn’t originally get the iPads on sale, I was able to call back when they did go on sale and get money back! It was immensely worth saving money!

I find the Best Buy plus membership quite useful as it provides so many additional perks to your purchase. It also takes the 'worry' out of a purchase if you miss the original return date.
