Having Best Buy plus has helped me save money even when I didn’t originally get the iPads on sale, I was able to call back when they did go on sale and get money back! It was immensely worth saving money!

I find the Best Buy plus membership quite useful as it provides so many additional perks to your purchase. It also takes the 'worry' out of a purchase if you miss the original return date.

The employee that assisted was great. Unfortunately the GE washer that i purchased is total junk. GE has sent 5 to 6 techs out and have yet to remedy the issue. They have been called again several weeks ago and still no one to repair washer that shuts down mid cycle. Locks up where it has to be unplugged and plugged back in

This membership I have is the best thing you can buy and get at best. Buy the service is great. The deals are great, the geek. Squad are great, and if you have a issue you can always, come back to best buy and they will not have a problem with handling your issue. I will suggest everyone to get a membership plus at Best Buy. I rarely purchase insurance on appliances, nor do I purchase additional programs such as this one. However, this deal was exceptional and we have definitely benefited from it. Worth the money.

Easy to find things needed and the staff are always ready to assists.

The staff made it very quick and easy to make our purchases. When we went in to make the purchase, we had changed our mind on one of the items and they were very helpful and accommodating. We love the items we bought and we love the staff.

I bought this because I was encouraged to do so because the laptop would decrease. In November, it did decrease $300. I went to the app and did what I was supposed to and it said there was an issue so I had to do the chat. I talked to somebody by chat. I talk to somebody by the telephone. I talked to somebody by email a day or so later they tell me I need to go back to the store. I go to the store and they can’t do anything about it so they tell me to reach back out so I keep going back-and-forth. I have wasted hours of my time and it is still not resolved as of December 5. Everyone I talk to you says I need to call this person or I need to go to the store or I need to do it on the app I’ve done all of them numerous times and zero has occurred in $300 is a substantial difference.

You get good deals being a member. Also discounts, and inexpensive to renew.
