This membership has already paid for it self a couple times over. I purchased a Sony XR77A9L tv for $4999.99 plus tax, a couple of weeks later they had a $500.00 price drop so I took my receipt to them and they created my credit card $500.00 plus tax. Great service.

I've been part of the My Best Buy Plus membership for a year now, and it's been awesome! The free shipping on eligible purchases has saved me a ton, and the extended return policy gives me peace of mind. The exclusive discounts are a big plus, and the customer service has been super friendly and helpful. Just a heads-up: if you don't shop at Best Buy often, it might not be worth it, but for regulars, it's definitely a smart investment!

Usually the best prices on most items like computers, TVs etc. Accessory items are overpriced - buy them elsewhere. I had bad experiences with GEEK squad ... bought an Acer 5050 laptop and it had networking problems. Geek squad couldn't fix it - said it was hardware fault. After LOTS of attempts to fix it, I gave up on the GEEKs ... removed WIN OS and installed Ubuntu myself. Problem solved. It wasn't hardware - it was some kind of software conflict in Acer net management and WIN that they could not resolve. I think they are OK for routine stuff, but they are not competent for complex problems.

My first time to be a member, but I should be as I shop there often. The savings will pay for it!

It's a great program. The included installation is a no brainer. I love the extended time period allotted for returns/ price match with members only pricing.

Not many things that fit my needs have the member discount, I only purchased it for the extended return periods and because they had a promotion at the time.
