Inappropriate Language? Machines that censor thoughts and communications? Your clerk failed to tell me that Your Company was pulling my FICO score when I purchased a product. I own 5 companies and have a net worth exceeding $5 Million. I was denied credit possibly due to false information your company obtained, without informing me why. I'm undecided as to whether or not to report your company to the authorities, since you had no right to pull a credit check without my authorization. Your product (a small printer) was sold under false pretenses. Thus, we have no trust in your operations or training of staff. Needless to say, we will spend our roughly $15K per year IT budgets elsewhere. More irritating is that we would have simply paid cash or credit for the item but obviously you have pressured your staff to aggressively push "up sales" and all of the other nonsense that typifies our failing culture. The clerk, Mr. Gallagher I think was his name, was cordial and did nothing wrong, but should have been trained to inform customers when you pull a FICO surprise on them. The clerk was trying so hard to sell a "Membership" to meet his own goals, or respond to hype from your management. Who knows? I may complain to our authorities, but your damage has been done when my personal FICO score dropped 2 points from this nonsense. In modern America, I suppose you will ignore this, or a human will never see this. Sell the stock, folks. And I have wasted yet another 20 minutes of my time for nothing. Dr. Boege

I am having extremely bad experience with BestBuy. Though I have cancelled the purchase at the time of delivery I keep getting the statements, fees, etc for more than a month. There is no way to connect to the live person on phone. The email address for customer service is invalid. The person in the store could not want or cannot help. I spent at least 2 hours of my time trying to resolve the issue, two visits to the store as well… No luck so far. I really would like to cancel my membership ASAP.

Since you are paying Best Buy now to be a member, you need to make sure you are shopping at BB often enough to make it worthwhile. I used to love going to the store and just looking at merchandise. Now, many stores carry little items and my buying habits no longer include BB as often. The cost of membership could be outweighed by savings. Make an informed decision.

I really like this membership because of the special pricing on some items and the access to new products. The return policy is also very helpful because I am always forgetting so I appreciate the extra time.

Membership is great because it allows for longer product testing through extending the return period. Plus there are other discounts that come with it periodically.

The best buy plus membership is something that I believe is worth what you are paying for. Not only does it take your return window from 30 to days but it also gives you exclusive discounts on items across the store. For instant I bought the Astro A50x headset as well as another elite series controller. With the discounts I received from just those two items them membership has already paid for itself!

Well the membership works if you're a geek and buy every week or once a month.

This membership has definitely saved me more than its cost me. But its also probably made me buy more things than I would have without it because of said deals.

Clear specifications, I was hunting a ChromeBook with Bluetooth. The specifications were all very clear. It is nice to have a Chromebook with touchpad that work. Very solid feeling machine

If you plan to spend at least $1,000 at Best Buy during the year, this is a no brainer. Might be effective at an even lower spending level. Since it's an annual membership, I would wait until see some exclusive sales event and then purchase at that time. In most cases, it will immediately pay for itself. Has saved me almost $500 so far.

Great value And easy return policy it basically paid for it self and makes it more convenient too try out new computer products ect without worrying about having to return it within 2 weeks so I can actually try rent computer and see if it’s good enough to do what I need
