I gave 4 stars because I think that a loyal Best Buy customer shouldn't have to pay money to get a longer return window than 14 days. Formerly, Yvette was a 45 day return window for a free membership with a certain amount of annual purchases. I think there should be a half way option, because $60/year is a lot for some to pay. Maybe they could also offer one for $30/year which gives a 30 day return window.

Completed the work. Work was also completed in the time promised and so far seems to be done correctly. TKM

This membership is invaluable. I make multiple purchases from Best Buy - they are my go to store - and that has paid for the membership many times over. Returns when necessary (rarely) are easy and customer support is knowledgeable and personable.

I got a tablet and that help me setup activate that do everything I need to do to have the tablet working also explain about my cell phone plan any way great people good service I'm satisfied with the personal they take care every thing I need thank you very much

I was misled on my purchase. I was told I would receive 2 tb of cloud storage with my computer purchase. I received the cloud storage on Microsoft storage, not Apple cloud storage. Very deceiving tactic.

I was offered an upgrade to Best Buy Plus when I needed help from the Geek Squad. I was advised that by upgrading to Plus I would be saving money because it would include a discount on the Geek Squad cost.

Overall it is good. Some good deals on items. I wish the membership included things like free delivery and haul away on Appliances. I will most likely renew when it ends. I hope more is added to the membership.

This membership is great.. I have had the best experience with this membership

I've been buying from Best Buy for many years, and for three reasons: one, they maintain a physical store; two, I find their customer service to be superior; and three, I've had excellent service from the Geek Squad when needed. Recently I ordered an expensive washer and dryer. They were delivered and installed on time, and with noticeable care to set the items up and to ensure they met my requirements (placement, etc.) I will continue to buy from Best Buy for any item they carry, vice shopping at other well known and large outlets.

The membership is definitely worth the money. You get good deals.
