He was very informative, he didn't rush me and answered every question I had. It is because of him that I have no problem coming back! My husband came with me and MICHAEL was sure to make him informed as well. He was polite and made me feel like we were the only people in the store for the time we were there! Only benefit if you are frequently buyer.

The two days shipping free, and 60 days price protection on most items that would benefited subscribers. For me, I only make occasional purchases so it will not benefit me for subscribing the Best Buy Plus.
