not sure of the value of this membership, I felt I should have been given a better discount when I purchased my first item. Also, it seems too expensive given the present economy

This membership only allows "savings" to be used for purchases. On a recent purchase I received .045% in potential credit for new purchases. I think the credit is only good for 3-4 months. Hardly worth the effort.

The membership has done great benefits. I love the 60 day price adjustment which I have already taken advantage of and have received a refund of over $60.00

We needed to replace our home computer and found the service and expertise at best buy to be the best. The sales person was very informative and knowledgable about all aspects of what we would need to replace our computer. He even offered help after the sales and we could return to Best Buy to gzve more clarification. The Geek squad there is excellent and getting a discount for 1 days purchase of both computer and printer was a grest savings. Goid advise to sign up for the card. Thank you. Best Buy Plus membership is the best! I am doing 2 renovations and I get updates all the time. One TV I bought when down in porice 3 times withinthe 2 months and I had no problems getting the price adjustments. I also love that BB bought Pacific Sales for high end appliances. Excellent service and terrific sales all the time. We'll renew our membership even after the renovations. Thanks Best Buy!

I purchased my membership while getting a new washing machine, I used to be an elite member back when you had those and always found Best Buy to have the best products at competitive prices so it’s always been my go to and will continue that in the future. Thank you and have a great day

If you want to plan buy anything about phone tv or and kind of electronics i recommend best buy no.1 we offer a lot of sale and safe . And very easy transaction

We bought a fridge that ended up being too small for the space. With the membership we had up to 60 days to return. When we recognized that that we needed a different fridge, we called Best Buy and they came and picked it up. Now we can take our time ordering what we want.

I would have never bought this membership if my friend didn’t recommend it to me! I had no clue how great the benefits are. Now with every purchase I have peace of mind knowing I am secure if something happens and I need to return my product. You also are offered hundreds of great deals and discounts exclusively on products. I will forever keep this membership as someone who shops at bestbuy often.
