An awesome experience all employers are so good very helpful

We are vary happy with the tv that we purchased and the young man who we took care of us, he was knowledgeable and courteous.

In the past month, I've been using the Geeksquad services from Best Buy, and overall, it has been a positive experience. Great bene fits and perks with BB membership. Also, when you purchase something and if it goes on sale AFTER you have purchased you are credited the difference on the new sale price.

The rep was very kind helped us immediately especially during the black Friday weekend. We were in and out. Told him our dimensions and brands. Dimensions were perfect the cubic feet was smaller but worked out better since we are now less in the household. We are very happy of our Whirlpool selection. Love the water display in oz. Thank you Best Buy.

There are some nice perks with the membership. I recommend getting it.

I purchased a washer and dryer from BEST BUY Tina sold them to and she is an excellent sales person and knows her job well. Zion in the computer department assist me with a iPad and help to install my apps from the old iPad to the new iPad Air.very helpful and considerate to me.

I have been to Best Buy several times, most recently to have help getting my MacAir and my iPhone 15 to work properly. The staff made sure that I was satisfied with their service before leaving the store.

I love any Apple products. Especially this IPad. My other IPad ran out of storage so this time I got more on this one. Easy to use.

I feel the best part membership is the ability to truly test out a product before I decide to keep it. The extended 45 day return window is a big plus as far as I’m concerned.

Not worth it as someone who just purchases a few larger items a year and the occasional accessories. Bought a BB membership with purchase of a new MacBook this year and really haven’t seen much, if any benefit to it. Free shipping is really about the only “deal” I’ve used with this, not a single member exclusive sale/bonus I’ve seen in the two months I’ve had this. Vast majority of BB items are still regular list price, with occasional sales that aren’t exclusive to the members.

I went to buy a tv and salesman tells me about onr and this membership but really wont cost anything because the cost comes off item. I am fine with this and go home and look at bottom of receipt and see this is a reoccuring membership and they will auto charge me yearly. I call and cancel auto and they tell me i have to call next dec and cancel..wth..i say no i want to cancel now and they say i would have to cancel this years membership i paid for too. This is crazy!
