Saving on future purchases with preferred pricing? Not really when you consider price matching. Every time I checked the preferred pricing is exactly what I could get with a free price match. 30-day returns, yes that actually turned out to be helpful. And when I signed up I needed something serviced that paid for the Best Buy Plus or nearly so. Really when I purchased a washer and dryer, no saings. When I bought appliances for the kitchen, no savings. This is where I thought, based on the Best Buy Plus advertising, there would be savings. Overall, it was a little disappointing.

Thank you to our Customer Service Rep. for introducing us to the TCL brand. It was priced right, easy to set up and just what we were looking for.

I've was skeptical to purchase at first as I don't purchase that much, then we started our home remodel project not long after and definitely seeing value now!!!

I bought a laptop and the membership to get a discount on the laptop. I was supposed to get 2 $25 reward certificates due to the membership. I received them, and then tried to make purchases using them within the 1 month promotional period. One of them correctly went through, but the item the second certificate was supposed to apply to, Best Buy cancelled the order because they didn’t have it in stock. That’s fine, I’ll order something else, but the credits just said pending and hadn’t been returned to me after a week. I contact support (within the promotional period) and they assure me they’ll be returned within 5 days. I explicitly ask if they’ll go through because 5 days from now wouldn’t be within the promotional period. They assure me they will. Of course they don’t, so I contact support again a few weeks later. They redirect me to rewards, say they’ll fix it, and then assure me that they’ll send me an email within 48 hours to update me. No email update. I left every conversation with support feeling positive, like I was being helped, but then all the promises were empty and nothing was ever actually fixed. I’ve wasted too much time on the phone and online with the support chat, where I literally saved the chat transcripts that promised resolution. I will not be renewing this membership. Rewards only save me money if I can actually use them.

This membership is really worth it for me. As love shopping with best buy all time. It give we great deals on all products and membership help me earn good points which i can use for my other purchases.

Got this with a gpu purchase and I gotta say it definitely has its perks was able to land a ps5 during peak season and got some other good offers on other products sometimes in the 20% range off full priced units, if you shop at bestbuy a lot its worth it !!!

Best Buy is a great store. The Associates are first class, very knowledgeable and helpful. I am a little on the older side but the sales people were very friendly and helpful. World Class Organizations.

The membership costs more than I would like but can't compare to the cost I would have been charged for service. I feel the cost was well worth it.
