Its good for emergency when you did not plan an immediate $200 membership or you are thinking of upgrading at one point. An interim phase.

I only purchased the membership so I could get the Jitterbug cell phone for my MIL. I couldn't get the sale without being a member. The employee was great to work with, and explained everything. I would recommend only if you are planning to make a big purchase

I’ve been a Best Buy Plus member for almost a year now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best retail memberships I’ve signed up for. The free 2-day shipping is a game changer, especially when I need tech fast. I also love the exclusive member deals. I’ve already saved more than the membership cost on just a couple of purchases. What really stands out is the extended return window. It gives me peace of mind, especially when buying big-ticket items like laptops and TVs. The customer service has also been excellent. They actually prioritize Plus members, and I’ve noticed faster and more helpful responses. If you shop at Best Buy even a few times a year, this membership pays for itself quickly. I was hesitant on having a subscription, but the value this gives is great for those that frequently BestBuy. Not only was I able to get $300 back for my phone, but receiving randomly $35 of credit in my account is great. Genuinely, I've made back my $50 for the subscription, and only received more.

The equipment was fantastic the geek installers were the best they programed everything according to my preference exact measurements and placement was achieved they saved me money because the table that I ordered was not available and they saw the one I was throwing out outside the house and noticed it was a perfect fit for the new tv will always hold high regard for the geek squad

Not as good as it used to be, but you can still get some good deals if you're patient and the emails they send out. Usually it pays for itself in savings as it's no hard to hit the yearly price.

Seriously, Best Buy Plus has been a game changer. I was hesitant to get it at first, but I'm so glad I did. I've had it for over a year now, and I've already saved a little over $100 on a few different purchases with the member pricing. It's awesome to get access to those special promotional deals and discounts they offer! But the real winner for me is the extended return policy. Knowing I have 60 days to return something instead of the normal 14 days gives me so much peace of mind. It’s fantastic!

I have definitely enjoyed the membership so far. I like getting notifications about drops on products early. The customer service is good. The only thing that I have noticed with it that I don’t believe is true and the reason I got the membership, is that you jump to the front of the line when you are a member. I was told that you get that perk with the membership from the customer service agent I talked to.

Best Buy is a Great Retailer far ahead of the competition. Your sales reps / store people did a great job making me as a customer feel comfortable and achieving my trust. No other retailer compares to Best Buy.

I wasnt interested when i was first told about the service. I changed my mind when I realized you get more time with the item to see if it's a fit for you. Im a very busy man and have had purchases that didn't work out and i meant to return but id miss the 14 day deadline. I bought a duplicate gift for a friend his pay was postponed an extra week. Having the extended return time allowed me to change the gift with no hassle.

I really like my membership I recommend it, the best products, with the best prices on the market, and the best promotions, with the best discounts

So far I have only been able to set up an appointment to correct a TV installation. Used the chat line (prefer phone) to get a date for service. I can't really determine satisfaction with the "membership" until I see if the problem gets fixed. The individual on the chat line was helpful in setting up the appointment. I don't know if I recommend service yet, but have to answer Y/N to this survey.

I don’t know if having this membership helped me secure a certain product in high demand but it definitely made it easier. So far it’s been great, the extended return window is worth it alone.
