I just got off the phone from geek squad. I spoke with Manual,, he figured where the problem was . He got my Microsoft office subscription up n running and my printer. I am good to go working on this problem for 3 weeks he figured it out in 5 minutes. Thank you manual!! You’re the best!! Thank you Best Buy!!

At first I doubted whether the membership was really worth it, but after using it for a year I realize that it is worth acquiring it since you get multiple benefits that translate into savings and in the end the membership pays for itself.

At the beginning I wasn’t interested in getting it but I decided to try it just for a year. Basically I got the AirPods Max really close to Black Friday and came back a couple days after and they were $30 less so I could get the price matching thanks to the membership.

I suppose the membership is good for some people. I certainly will not use it at the Glendale,CA store. I needed help with my new Jitterbug phone I just bought that day. I was directed to the customer service geek who pretty much just dismissed this older woman and would not help. I will try another Best Buy if I ever buy from them in the future.

The basic membership plan is fair for the price, although some protection on certian items is more than it should be.

I love my best buy membership i got. I got it to use the price match feature after buying something and I got 150 off after. Completely worth it.

Membership is great value if you are buying an expensive item and are getting immediate money back on it through a deal. The member-only sales leave a little bit to be desired though.

I really appreciated the advice I received from the staff re buying a 75” TV. When I was not happy with my first choice of TV Best Buy picked up the TV and replaced it with a better choice at no cost. Doing that has made me a loyal customer/member.

How free I feel now to get what I want at Best Buy, knowing I’m saving money every time I shop! My PLUS membership paid for itself when I made my first purchase—the Samsung laptop that started the Best Buy ball rolling. What a fantastic machine! Being a PLUS member makes me gravitate to Best Buy for several reasons. First, I know I’ll get a good deal and save money. As much as I love my PLUS membership, I wish I’d signed up for the TOTAL membership tier last year when I bought a refrigerator and a TV. I only got the membership because there was a promo where I get a certificate back for the amount that the membership cost. There is not enough value to make it worth it for me. If you find yourself shopping Best Buy a lot and you buy small Best Buy branded items, then you might be able to make it worthwhile.

We recently took the membership while purchasing a new Television. We got access to Black Friday deals early, it was a real value deal , we were provided with membership discounts as well. We were also given some cashback which can be used for our future purchases. Overall its a great value

I've been using My Best Buy Plus™ for a little while now and honestly, it's been totally worth it. The free 2-day shipping is super convenient, and I’ve already saved money with the exclusive member deals. I shop at Best Buy pretty often, so the benefits really add up. If you buy tech or gadgets regularly, it’s definitely a solid upgrade from the free membership!

So far, this membership has MORE than paid for itself, and I look forward to using it even greater this year..... I bought a New Smart TV and a $49 membership. So far, I got $50 off the TV, got $25 for a price decrease, got $55 bonus for spending over $300, got another $5+$5($10total) and am scheduled to get more cause I used the Best Buy Credit card. I needed the New TV, saved $50 & put around $90 back in my pocket.... Who could complain

If you are a repeat Best Buy customer it’s worth it for the shipping and return policy.
