Yes, excellent care by all of your sales personnel in the store. I found Brian, Rafell, and Andy of the Geek Squad to be extremely knowledgeable and were able to solve my cell phone issues. Brian was able to transfer my cell phone information to another cell phone that had an internal screen failure. Verizon was unable to perform that service. Very impressed ! Thank you Geek Squad.

I purchased Best Buy + with a new computer on the chance it might provide some money off with the extended price match. Sure enough it did and I am one happy camper for it! I am considering 2 new TV's and am waiting for a special offer notification now. I am glad I took the plunge with Best Buy + it was totally worth it.

This membership is good for anyone wants to save money everytime buy an store item. The prices and rewards are very good

Membership is ok but i have not seen anything super great about it or any exclusive deals that tempt me to but more. I guess you can benefit more if you buy more often. It will be nice to have experiences for memeber exclusives. Maybe training or classes or somthing different as an additional add.

I find the extended return policy useful as the normal 15 day limit is very short. The delivery and other benefits make this a useful purchase and the occsional special benefits ( Sunday ticket price reduction) pays for the cost. If you spend a lot at best buy this is a good purchase.

The membership has really paid off for us. Saved 700.00 on a refrigerator purchase and recently 80.00 on Christmas purchased.

Its ok, I haven't used it much. However, I do appreciate discounted offers on everyday popular products and deeper discounts for sale items. Keep it up BestBuy!

The exclusive discounts alone have already paid for the membership several times over. Plus, the free 2-day shipping and special access to sales before the general public make me feel like a true VIP. What really stands out, though, is the customer service. I bought a new laptop and the associate helping me with the purchase recommended adding the MBB+ membership. Normally I don't spend money on things like this, but the additional discount I received essentially paid for the membership, so I agreed. If you make several purchases throughout the year at BB, it's worth it because not only do you receive special member pricing and special offers on many items, but also free 2 day shipping and extended return times. I'm probably missing other perks, but you can check it out for yourself and make a decision.

This membership is a real value.You get the Geek Squad support member price locked in if they don't have the item.You still get it at the price because of the membership until they get the item in for you.The protection plan is second to.None and the service is wonderful.

This membership is a steal. Great price. It comes with amazing deals and membership prices as well as exclusive deals and items.

Recommended if you bought something expensive bc it extends the refund and return, from 15 days to 60 days

This gives great value for what it is. I just built a gaming pc and I was able to price match to everything that I bought when it went down in price and it was easy!

I probably would have been less hesitant to purchase the membership if the sales associate at least understood what he was selling instead of blindly just repeating talking points.
