It was good overall. How I have been given detailed information about the how rewards work and I think the workers and people work at the best buy dose not know much. It would be nice if people who work there knows all or they direct all the customer to the person who knows.

Love my GE top loader! Simple controls, no touch screen to break, no frills and fancy features. Price was great too.

I was hesitant to purchase this membership, but it had already paid for itself when I bought it and now I enjoy going to Best Buy and getting great deals whereas I typically would never go to Best Buy.

The membership works out pretty good if you shop at Best Buy a lot. It has many benefits to getting it and gives you a longer period of time to return items.

Was definitely worth having it when purchasing a new phone and laptop for the discounts and geeksquad support. Dont shop at bestbuy enough to keep the higher plans. Now thay they sell polymaker stuff, I might shop here a bit more.

Definitely worth it! You get 60 days to return sonething instead of 25 days! Plus, i was getting some pretty sweet deals the more i purchased, the more points i accumulated which quickly turned into a $50 off deal for anything equal value or more. When i saw that, i looked into my plys account some more and found a bunch more dwals even better than the 50 off gift certificate. I buy items frequently from Best Buy, but not many of the items are worth getting best buy prorection (i.e. cables, adapters, etc), which is why i felt the plus membership best suited me. Dont get me wrong, after i earn my BA in college, ill be able to adford buying things as frequently as i do with trivial items, enough to justify the cost benefit analysis to get the better membership than the plus (blanking on the name) which gives you automatic best buy protection on the items you purchase thereafter. That ones a little pricey, but I recommend the plus membership for those who frequently buy from best buy, but occasionally make investments in otems that would typically need protection. Anyway, thanks forreading. Sorry my typing was sloppy. I highly recommend getting the plus membership!!!

My order was received correctly. Despite a delivery driver (Tony) suffering a leg injury, he made a great effort (through great pain) to carry my equipment (which was very heavy) to the third floor (No elevator). If you make limited purchases of higher dollar items in person, this wouldn't be as great of a deal. However, if you make multiple purchases through their website, it becomes a better deal with saving on shipping. I have only had this for a few months and I have spent most of what I will this year at Best Buy so I do not have a lot of data points to reference. But I'd suggest giving it a try if you plan to order a lot of items through the website / shipping versus in-person.
