i love this membership. i buy many things from best buy and love that many things are covered within it. definitely recommend if you buy things from best buy.

I honestly don’t shop at bestbuy super often, but if I get electronics it’s usually from here, & my parents do which is why I signed up. I enjoy having the membership, it’s nice having tech support when I need it.

I've been a Best Buy Totaltech member for a few months now, and overall, the experience has been positive. The membership offers a variety of perks that make shopping at Best Buy more convenient and cost-effective. One of the main benefits is the free shipping on almost all purchases, which has saved me quite a bit on delivery fees, especially for larger items. The 24/7 tech support is also a great feature, and I’ve found their customer service to be helpful and responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance. The exclusive member discounts are another plus, though they vary depending on the product. I’ve scored some decent deals on electronics that I wouldn’t have gotten otherwise. Additionally, the extended return window is a nice safety net, giving me more time to decide if I’m satisfied with my purchase. However, the membership comes at a cost, and whether it’s worth it depends on how often you shop at Best Buy. If you’re a frequent buyer of electronics or appliances, the benefits can quickly outweigh the membership fee. But for occasional shoppers, it might be harder to justify the expense. I highly recommend Best buy plus only because of its price match features and its member discounts. I ordered mulitiple products and gotten money back bc they would go on sale weeks after! Member picks are also a steal. Got an temperatrue control mug thats normally 120 for 50 bucks because of the member only pick. Definitly worth considering

Excellent sales person. Alerted me to an exceptional deal on a previously returned refrigerator. Delivery was very, very good with pleasant people. Have always bought my appliances at Best Buy.

I have been nicely surprised getting little gift cards of like $10 back after making a purchase. I love the additional 60 day time frame of when an item goes on sale to get a price match. This has worked in my favor twice since I purchased the membership. Has been worth the yearly fee to me.

This is one membership I have used to its fullest. If you are in need of electronics or household appliances Best Buy is the first and last place you should look. Always friendly help.

I really use my Best Buy Membership to it's fullest extent! On my $25 credit, it expired much too quickly and I lost it. I would appreciate it greatly if this could be reinstated to my account. Thanks!

This membership has already paid for itself! I purchased an early holiday gift and because I have the membership, when the price was better in a sale weeks later, I was able to price match.

Highly recommend doing this membership, it helped save me over 200.00. Purchased several items that went on sale later and they refunded me the money A+++

If you are unsure, like I was, about paying for a My Best Buy Plus™️ membership, it is well worth the money if you plan on shopping with Best Buy. I have been “window” shopping for an 85” or larger TV for my living room for over 2 years, while I both saved the money and waited for prices on the newest technology of mini-LED TV’s to level out. I purchased this membership specifically for an enormous additional discount, above the already discounted “on sale” price on the specific TV I wanted. Even after the price of the My Best Buy Plus™️ membership, my discount was $500 off the “on sale” price. You don’t have to have an advanced mathematics degree to understand how great of a deal that was and I am 100% satisfied with both my purchase and my decision to become a My Best Buy Plus™️ member. In regards to the service received when the gentlemen delivered my television, I’ll have to leave a different review as to not distract anyone from my simple review of the My Best Buy Plus™️ membership. It was well worth the money and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone planning on making some medium to large purchases, monetarily speaking. Hope this helps if anyone else is on the fence about paying the extra money like I was. Cheers

Was pitched at point of sale that the TV 's purchased would be priced lower by the Sooner Bowl and a crowd would be forthcoming. That did not materialize.

I did not know about the membership plus u til I bought my dishwasher . Can’t wait to use the perks when I buy my next appliance .
