I’ve been really happy with my My Best Buy Plus™ membership! The free 2-day shipping and exclusive member pricing have already saved me money on a few tech purchases. I also love the extended return window — it gives me peace of mind when buying bigger items. If you shop at Best Buy often, it’s definitely worth it. Only thing that could make it better is more perks or discounts on services like AppleCare or Geek Squad.

Yes, excellent care by all of your sales personnel in the store. I found Brian, Rafell, and Andy of the Geek Squad to be extremely knowledgeable and were able to solve my cell phone issues. Brian was able to transfer my cell phone information to another cell phone that had an internal screen failure. Verizon was unable to perform that service. Very impressed ! Thank you Geek Squad.

This was a awesone purchase just for the speed difference in the consoles. Also streaming moives is fast with no lag.

I was advised to purchase the plan by the very competent salesman who sold me the watch and Echo. When the items went on sale, Best Buy was efficient and positive in crediting my account.

For me, this membership is a must, especially if you frequently buy your electronics from best buy. Great perks, and feel secured!

Great Benefits included in the package. It would be better if they provided any sort of warranty for the items purchased during the duration of the membership.
