I recently purchased a new TV. I went in to the Merrillville, Indiana store and was met buy the Samsung rep. He was very helpful and we walked away with a great deal on the TV I wanted.

The access to sales for an extended period is cool. But the free shipping is excellent. If you're in the market for anything Best Buy sells, the Best Buy Plus membership is a no-brainer!

The My Best Buy Plus Membership is a no brainer. It will pay for itself when you need any repairs or Geek Squad service or if you need to do a data transfer between computers.

The cashier recommended that I purchase the Best Buy Plus membership in order to get the maximum discount on the purchase that I was making at the time. I intend on cancelling the membership before it automatically renews because I rarely make purchases at Best Buy.

Let’s talk about this membership now. I only got it because I was turning trading in a laptop and at this point in time to offering a special or if you had Best Buy membership, you got an extra 10% on your laptop trade-in so at the time the membership was 50 bucks the laptop I was trading it was 800 so I was gonna get an extra $80 which to me is a no-brainer. I get a free membership but I get paid 30 bucks to get the membership and who knows if I use it in the future I may get more money just a good deal, however I got my gift card for 880 bucks didn’t use it right away waited five days and by the time I went to go use it 600 and something dollars if it had already been used and it wouldn’t replace it but they replace it. They wouldn’t give me a new one for the 200 bucks left so that didn’t get stolen so I had to spend it immediately and stuff I didn’t even want it. It’s pretty crappy, especially crappy because I contacted them within hours of the person actually using it and the person hadn’t picked up the product yet. They had been delivered yet. It was an online order so they should’ve been able to stop the order from going out and putting the money back on my car, give me a new card and no one would’ve been out anything, but there was a red tape in the back office this and got lunch investigation I never heard back from 660 bucks my laptop. My MacBook Pro sucks cause I love that computer. I love the $600. I didn’t get it.

Everything about my purchase went flawlessly. I was directed to the proper area of the store when I entered and was greeted by Micah Eigenfeld. I had a lot of questions and he patiently answered all of them. I am very happy with my 85" TV purchase and I'll be back for a new computer and perhaps another smaller TV for my bedroom... This seemed like a good idea. The only benefit I really see is a longer return time. But the rewards still sucks. I spent a lot of money and had $25 in rewards, but it's only good for a month. Rewards should be good for six months to a year. If we earn it, give us time to use it. Disappointed. No major benefits to this membership.

All i can say is Best buy plus membership is well worth the purchase, With exclusive savings and special promotions it essentially pays for itself. I recently purchased a gaming monitor i without knowing i received a 50 dollar gift card!? As a thank you bestbuy also rewarded me with an additional $10 dollar reward! I recommend to go in store to purchase plus membership so a store rep can explain in more depth the benefits to the membership.

The discounts help save lots of money. It really pays for itself.
