Was forced to buy a membership or receive store credit, because I was 3 day behind the return date from the purchase of a Starlink system. To come to find out out the cancellations was a snap. And then 2 days later, an alert pops up Starlink half price. Luck or Lucky smh I love you Best Buy but sheesh.

The membership has a lot of value and it has paid for itself since I purchased it. Love the "special deals" I get with additional savings.

Honestly, did not think that this membership would come in handy as quickly as it did. I had purchased the Apple Watch series 9 right before the announcement of the 10 and, being the tech guy that I am, of course I had to have it. I purchased the series 9, and the series 10 at two separate stores. In fact I purchased an I purchased a series 9 at one store returned it at a second store and ended up purchasing the third one at a third store because I couldn’t make up my mind about which color I wanted to get and they were all great sports about it. We had some good laughs answered all my questions. Receive my refund within I want to say 3 days. And that included refunding the insurance that I bought for the watch series 9 great plan. I will definitely be renewing next year and continue to do all of my “Apple sheep” tendencies at Best Buy.

John and Jerry installed our LG TV and soundbar. I can recommend this team very very highly. The called to say they were on the way. They arrived exactly on time. They were both extremely courteous and professional. They both exhibited great product knowledge and skill sets. They used their own vacuum cleaner to clean up after themselves. They packed up and removed all of the equipment boxes. We were very pleased! PLEASE GIVE THESES GUYS A RAISE! THEY DO EXCEPTIONAL WORK!!

Bought the service thinking it could be give me a fair chance at getting invite only items. I was wrong. At least Best Buy gave me a full refund after less than a month.

The TLC television is just the right size for my living room. It has a nice vibrant and clear picture. And the best part is the price.... a very good deal.

Although I was roped into it by a store representative and I am unsure if I can get a pro-rated cancellation since my purchase w/ price match depended on this membership remaining active, I think they do offer good perks as members.

Amazing membership. You could get eqrly access to new products with lower prices and there is no interest on monthly payment. I really liked the customer service too.

Purchased an LG LED TV and the staff was really helpful, spend considerable time at the store and the salesperson helped us to our satisfaction with the umpteen questions we threw at him. Good experience

We use the membership to make the purchase of a washer, dryer and TV and easily paid for itself in the long run. We feel this is going to be a great option for us to use.

Employees are always so helpful in store with product info and knowledge about specifics. Memebers deals are really good. Notifications and emails arent overwhelming. I will keep renewing my membership.

Great seevice at Best Buy. I purchased a computer in November 2025 and the person that helped me was very knowledgeable.

Pretty good deal. Extends the return period which gives you extra time to see if you got a bad item. Early peek at discounts. Worth the money to me.

Membership offers some unique perks, but they aren't quite enough to make it stand out. Discounts and the app's UI are also lacking. There's definitely room for improvement beyond just offering added protection.
