We purchased appliances for our kitchen remodel from Pacific Sales in Thousand Oaks, CA and had the most amazing experience because of our sales associate, Jonny S. Truly he is a wonder: he has a uniquely warm welcoming style and is literally encyclopedic in knowledge - he was able to answer all of the questions we asked, he anticipated and shared information that was meaningful and informative for us - he exhibited a patience that permitted our feeling relaxed and thorough in our choices - he listened exceptionally well, seeking to ensure we were getting exactly what we preferred - the whole experience was without pressure, pleasant, and enjoyable - and this extended to the “financing” part when we got to work with Ed, another exemplar individual!

DO not recommend as they bug you every day for buying new stuff. Also, you can only use the Visa cash back card in THEIR STORE &no more gift cards can be purchased in THEIR store either! And they wee sold out of the small appliance i wanted so i had to pay more for what was available!

Great value if you order ahead and have enough items you need shipped. My local Best Buy doesn’t usually have a lot of stuff that I want in store or in stock so it is coming in handy. It did feel a little pressurized to buy it at the time but I guess overall I’m glad I did.

Great value, this membership really fits my needs because I spend a lot of money at Best Buy. Plus, access to geek squad is also wonderful.

I am not exactly what I bought and what benefits I have with the annual Best Buy Plus membership. I am still in the learning process. Hopefully it will be a benefit.

We were able to take advantage of the price match guarantee if our newly purchased TV went on sale for a lower price. Saved another $50!

After purchasing a $300 WiFi system, I was sold on the program because they told me that the protection plan would be cheaper. So far, the only benefit I’ve been able to access is a longer return window. I can’t find any other discounts or special purchases for items. Would I recommend the My Best Buy Plus program? I’m not sure. I chose “yes” only because of the return policy. However, I would advise improving the program with clear discounts for Plus members. Please make sure that the longer return window is available and clearly state why I will be saving money now rather than in the future.

The exclusive deals alone already cover the cost of the membership—I saved big on my last purchase. Free shipping, extended returns, and early access to special sales make me feel like a VIP every time I shop. If you want to save money and get the best perks, this membership is absolutely worth it!

I got the membership with the hopes of having a 60 days price match if the MacBook dropped in price from best buy they would refund the price difference and they did not. It dropped by 200 dollars a week later and I couldn’t get my 200 dollars back due to having my MacBook signed up to my Apple account. Which seems like a loop hole they used. Of course I set up my MacBook? Very disappointed

We purchased a new refrigerator. Brian Corsino was excellent in helping us with our purchase. When we had issues, he was very responsive in helping us getting the problem solved even when we had to leave town the next day.

Had my doubts but already in the past 1-2 months I've earned rewards enough to cover the value of the yearly membership. It's also nice to have a 60-day return window on almost all items.

Bought a Sony receiver. The Sony rep was there at the time and was doing the 'wink and a grin' strongly suggesting that a Memorial Day sale was coming up where the receiver would be heavily discounted. With that inducement, I paid ~$50.00 for the membership and was able to get a $200 refund when the sale did occur so saved $150. I don't really need a lot of 'stuff' so don't know if I'll renew but at least for this instance, it was very much worth it.

The installation and timeliness went very smoothly. Everything worked well and all the packaging and old tv were removed. I only realized in the next day or so that I had received an instruction booklet. I had questions about certain aspects of streaming and didn’t know all the buttons on the remote. The delivery should include instructions. At the point of delivery you can’t predict what you might not know.

The membership only seems helpful if you like to shop best buy or if you have a business and need their help with the tech repairs. Unfortunately, for the average user, I don't think the membership is any help. Unless you find a few products that have the membership special sales. But I found even the membership discounts are still comparable to other online options. However, the extra return policy with the membership is very nice and would be great for people that like to tinker or are unsure if the product they bought they will want to keep.

I am enjoying the Best Buy Plus membership. It has only been a month but I've saved over $100 and just got a great deal on the NFL package. I now look to Best Buy before purchasing to see what I can save when ordering through Best Buy. I can't wait to use it during the upcoming holidays.

An absolute must have!! Saves on a ton of stuff and just improves the whole shopping experience!!
