This membership helped to reduce in cost several items that I needed to get started for my online course. For example, I got a great member price on my Dell laptop, Microsoft Office, and Norton Security. In fact, the savings I received more than offset the price of the membership. Now I have the advantage of having the use of the membership for other items. I'm thinking of getting a surge protector at a reduced price. Also, the service I received at the store was fantastic. I ordered a HP envy printer which was not in stock that day. They assured me it would arrive in a few days and surely it did arrive. I received an email with instructions and when I arrived at the store they knew exactly what I came for and I was able to go out the door with it in less than ten minutes!

Our salesperson convinced us to purchase this membership, claiming it would ultimately save us money when we purchased our new TV. And they told the truth - we were able to use the rewards money to offset some of the purchase price of a Nintendo Switch 2 a few weeks later.

This membership is a great value and worth keeping.

I bought a new Sony tv,along with the best buy plus membership, then two weeks later the tv dropped $300 I went to my local Best Buy store and told them and they credited my account no questions asked,and I sill have over a month still to were the tv could come down more on the price,can't complain. One the thing I would recommend is,the item you purchase,keep it in your kart on the app,so you would get notified when it does come down in price,...Peace ✌️

This membership helped me save quite a bit on a big appliance purchase. I appreciate that the price of the member ship covers two years of warranty and saves on longer warranties. With Christmas right around the corner, the rewards points are going to help me save even more on gifts.

I used the memebership right away because my laptop came with a pin and it also appeared that a bitlocker was activated. The reason was not clear. I bought an open box in excellent condition. That should never happen! When somebody brings back a computer the staff should check if the computer is back to factory settings. But obviously nobody did that. And because of that I miss the laptop now for 4 weeks because it was more than two weeks at Best Buy for the reset and I am on vacation now. Not the best experience I had until now with Best Buy with that laptop. But the staff was wonderful and tried to help me as good as possible. That made my experience a little bit better. A big thank you for that! I hope the laptop will work fine and I will have no problems in the future with it anymore.

Bought this when I purchased two sets of Sony headphones and received a discount on one of them them. Returned the headphones, as that one was not meeting my needs. Then purchased a different set of headphones that cost nearly 200 bucks more and received ZERO discount! In other words, I purchased the membership and received ZERO DISCOUNT/BENEFIT on the item that I actually purchased. Talked with several staff members and a manager and they just didn’t get that purchasing a $500 item plus paying the cost of membership (let’s say $100) and NOT receiving the discount that was promised to offset the cost of the “membership” is (=) (equals) 0 (zero)

If you buy more than a thousand dollars or products a year, the membership is EASILY a great value. The drops are sometimes insane steals! There are plenty of options for rewards as well. I’ve personally gotten the money back just in certificates, while saving hundreds of dollars.

Mystery Rewards have been pretty good so far. The drops, while not interesting to me yet, had some decent offerings before I joined. I am hoping that some of those items, or one's similar, come around soon.

I love it, very helpful staff, they helped me pick the right Camera, very knowledgeable. I will recommend Best Buy to all my friends and family. Cameron is great!!!

I've been shopping at best buy for years now and the service i received is incredible. Best prices, best deal and overall great products. I encourage all to come shop at best buy and also become a member to receive the best deals first.

I purchased the membership when I purchased my MacBook Air. It seems to be if great value, especially with the 60 day return window.

I was extremely happy with the professional service I received from Abby. She was able to resolve my double charge on a TV in 15 minutes. An issue that the credit card company has not been able to resolve in 2 months of many phone calls and paperwork submitted. My last notification from them was that I owed a duplicate billing on a TV I purchased in November. It’s been a mess and a great deal of wasted hours on my part. Service in store is outstanding. Service from credit billing is horrible. So much so that I probably will never use my Best Buy credit card again!

Having some remodeling done. Most recent purchase was a new toilet. Worked with Christian again, and the service was efficient and very easy for me. Genesis was the cashier, and let me know what my payment options were and answered all my questions. Excellent service all around.
