    I had some amazing cashier's help me set up my best buy membership. It saved a good amount on a large purchase I made. So im quite happy with it. I'm not sure if ill be keeping this membership in the future because I'm not seeing many big deals or savings past my initial purchase, but I may still be surprised.

    5.0 out of 5 starsVerified Purchase Works Well Enough for General Home Use Reviewed in the United States on May 3, 2024 I read all the reviews and wasn't at ease as much as I could have been when making my purchase of this device. After having used it for a couple of months and periodically having my wife, a Critical Care Dr., test my blood pressure using her professional medical kit simultaneously I can confirm that the margin of error is small when the device is used correctly. I would happily recommend this product if you are looking for an affordable and easy DIY option for day to day monitoring of your blood pressure. I am now under the assumption that the reviews claiming to have issues with the device may be either user error or perhaps defective devices/cuffs.

    As a Best Buy plus member i thought i would get the best deals, but it has not been the case. Many times i am able to find price match deals also it’s stupid to have me activate the reward deals. I missed out on a $50 reward because i had not clicked the active button. 60 day return policy is nice.

    It is definitely worth it because you get the extra 60 days and you get the member pricing so you get it lower and then also if you find out within 60 days that it is prices gone down and you can come in and get a price adjustment! Yeah, definitely 100% worth it if you want to save money and you wanna make sure that you’re getting the best thing for your buck!

    I love walking aroind for ideas. I am a member and that allows me to get an amazing discount as well as a better warranty. A must place to shop for all elextronics as well as appliances.

    They were careful and worked very quickly. Although there was issues because I didn't receive my oven range, customer service helped resolve the issue and I will be getting my stove before Christmas. I love my new refrigerator and I can't wait to see my stove.

    Remodeling and building an entertainment center around the TV. TV is great has all the features and more than i need. I have a sound system that I'm waiting on more equipment from best buy to further enhance my audio sound

    I warned everyone not to buy this menbership, because it's a best buy scam, you pay $49.99 to get some benefits, but when you go to use it they don't allow you to make exchanges or returns without charging more for the service you already paid for, soo don't buy it. You’ll regret.

    Membership Paid for on First Purchase - No Brainer

    Whenever I am asked to pay to get savings I have to stop and look carefully at what I'm being offered. Most of the time I'm someplace I'll never come back to and I want the discount on my one purchase, most likely because I will never return to that store. But this is Best Buy, and let's face it, I'm going to end up dropping money here more often than I probably should. For 50 dollars a year, the Best Buy Plus membership is not a bad deal. It was paid for out of my first purchase of a MacBook where I saved 50 dollars because of the membership (so it was "free"). So now for the year, I get access to certain items with an extra discount which is nice. But there is more!!! Once I looked over the dashboard (yes, you get your own dashboard) there are a few more perks that come with the membership: 1. There is an assortment of free trials for decent amounts of time that you can dip into. 2. You get 60 days instead of 30 days to return things, so try and buy to your heart's content (you break it you buy it) 3. I'm impatient when it comes to shipping. If I'm laying to some good money I want my product immediately. But we all know everything isn't in stock, so two-day free shipping is a perk, not bad, and on part with Amazon Prime. 4. There is also a rewards point thing that you get discounts and rewards depending on how much you spend, and that brings us to the bad part. Now the only thing that I don't like about the membership (and it probably isn't even their fault, I'm sure it is some arrangement with Apple) is that those points that you get, well, you don't get them on Apple products (and where does most my money go?) so for all the money I spend on Apple Products they don't reward me for the future. Beyond that, I have nothing bad to say, especially since it was at no additional cost in my case. Oh, and don't forget, for like 130 dollars more you can get the tech support and warranty package which does include Apple Care+ so that looks like a great value also.

    Be Smart Buy Membership if holiday is close or any

    Straight truth review, do not purchase the membership if you only go to best buy once or twice a year, but with that being said lets say the purchases you make those once or twice a year are big apliances or even pricey technology then the membership may be very useful, but plan your purchases if you need the item now and Black Friday or Christmas or whatever discount holiday is coming up then with the membership they will reimburse you the difference of the sale for your already purchased item. Now myself I do not shop best buy a lot maybe 3 times a year. But last Christmas my daughters asked for an Ipad so we went to Best buy I found the one she asked for, we also decided to purchase a new phone for my other daughter we bought the iphone 12 it was on sale, i also bought 2 sets of air pods so roughly $1300 purchase i was offered the membership paid $50 i think for it this was literally on Christmas Eve, the associate explained the new iphone would be released later the next month and usually they will put the older ones on sale and showed me how to use the app to even get an alert when price drops ect. Ok in March my husband purchased me a new phone. A month later we had some unexpected home repairs so I said i can wait for a new phone this was more important. Well looking at reciept I realized my husband had bought and had in his name so I went on their customer service chat and the associate said that I do have the membership but this purchase wasnt made on my account so they couldn't refund. Ok so I had I decided to just drive to best buy return and ask about a refund and see if tbey could add the purchase to my membership because it does allow more return time then just regular accounts. The store manager came over i explained everything. I showed him the reciepts and he pulled up my account and I was nervous or just thinking theres nothing they will be able to do well i was wrong. He proceeded to then hand me a full refund, and then said i also noticed on your receipt for the best buy membership you had also purchased an ipad it has actually dropped $200 dollars, and the iphone $150, and the airpods are only $20 dollars cheaper this week only so with my permission he could reimburse me the difference back to my original payment, you can only get the price difference on the items once and I said yes please he then gives me a new receipt, and told me $395 would be going back on my card within 1-3 days. So helpful and i was very thankful i went ahead and purchased the membership because somtimes unexpected costs can be stressful and i would not have been able to return the 1000 dollar phone since I only had phone 16 days and there policy is 2 week warranty, and added bonus that day an extra 390 for the other items i had purchased were not dicounted and did everything in 5 minutes. We left and the reimbursement payment actually was in my bank about 2 in half hours later(that is based on what bank you have) so yes this membership was 50 and the way I looked at it was it 50 , but I knew with new iphone being released it would be beneficial to get sale price and i wouldnt have to wait too long. But what I got from the membership was much more, the app is easy to navigate and see you account and contact customer service online(even though the representative was bot able to help me online they advised me to go ahead and go to the store they couldn't promise they would be able to add the purchase to my original account but they could help me more in person. I think it is worth it, just remember to purchase it when buying higher priced electronics or appliances or phones. I wouldn't go and buy a Playstation video game only and purchase it then or cell phone case lol you understand what I am getting at.

    A great deal, UNLESS what you want is discontinued

    I joined because this replaced the old Best Buy Rewards program, which I had been a member of since its beginning. Unfortunately some marketing "genius" up the corporate ladder decided to discontinue the primary merchandise I had been purchasing from Best Buy for decades. I have been an avid collector of physical media (CD, DVD, BD, 4K, etc) since the formats first launched and Best Buy has always been my dependable primary source. But now they have short-dightedly chosen to discontinue selling physical media. Recent trends are showing a rising backlash by audiophile and videophile against digital downloads and streaming services upon discovering that providers are arbitrarily deleting content due to data storage limitations. Even deleting legitimately licensed and purchased downloads without compensation or recourse to the buyer. This is accompanied by rising embrace of physical formats which can't be deleted by faceless 3rd parties. Now is the time for retailers to get ahead of the curve and start aggressively promoting the advantages and availability of physical media over streaming and downloading. Pending a change in Best Buy's new policy on physical media, I have no further use for My Best Buy and will likely not renew my membership.
