    I honestly can’t say enough good things about Best Buy’s My Total Membership. It has paid for itself over and over again, especially when it comes to Apple devices. Between the exclusive member pricing, extended protection options, and tech support, the savings add up fast. Apple products rarely go on sale in meaningful ways, but with My Total, I’ve consistently received better pricing and added benefits that I wouldn’t have gotten buying directly elsewhere. The included protection and support give real peace of mind. With how much we rely on our devices daily, knowing I can walk into the store and get help immediately is huge. No runaround, no long waits, just actual solutions. If you buy Apple products, upgrade devices regularly, or want the convenience of in-store support, this membership is absolutely worth it.     Yay Peace of Mind, Extended Returns. Boo AutoRenew

    Extended 60-day return period in case something goes wrong is my number one reason to get Total. Extra time to return is worth paying for, although I do wish the default return period was 30 days instead of 15. 15 days is not always enough to evaluate an expensive product that you might use daily for years. I have suscribed to Total before (and canceled after 11 months, before it renewed another year). Auto-renew only is scummy, but when I cancelled before, it wasn't a big hassle. They give you a pro-rated refund for the remaining portion of the year if you haven't used your benefits - I guess that's good, but it means you can't cancel earlier if you'd rather Total keep going to the end of your year but not renew. It's not worth it to me to renew for a second year - after the first year. If my device doesn't show signs of failure in the first year, I feel like it will last through the second year. If I bought $1000+ items from Best Buy every year, or if I bought multiple protected items at once, or if protection lasted longer than the first 2 years, I'd likely renew after the first year. I'm worried about the 1st year, 3rd year and 4th year more than the second. If you're shopping online, watch out for products not sold by Best Buy. I almost bought a larger SSD thinking it would be protected too, but it was sold by a third party so it didn't qualify. I decided to shop elsewhere for that. I've never had to use the damage protection, so I can't judge on that. I have used the extended return window. Best Buy is offering a promotion to get more reviews on this, so watch out for reviews where the person hasn't had Total for more than a couple days.

    Piece of mind is something you don’t often get. I have it. I don’t go anywhere else for my electronics and I always have my membership. Don’t buy your products from somewhere who doesn’t specialize in those said products. Best Buy has been a staple of the electronics industry since I was a kid. I love how knowledgeable the employees are when I visit the store and I love being a Best Buy Credit Card Member. That’s why I chose to buy my Lenovo: LEGION laptop from the Best Buy store in Manhattan, KS. Truth be told I went to 3 different Best Buy’s on my way to Army Training because I was so indecisive and all of them were amazing! It’s by far the coolest laptop I’ve ever owned! The employee told me I was probably one of three people in all of Manhattan to own this particular laptop which made me feel amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Piece of mind knowing I made the right decision

    My experience with My Best Buy Total Membership has been excellent. It offers great value and makes shopping at Best Buy much more convenient and stress-free. One of the best benefits is the protection and support you get for your devices. Knowing that my electronics are covered gives me a lot of peace of mind.     I’ve been using Best Buy Totaltech™ Yearly Subscription and honestly, it’s become one of my favorite tech investments. From the moment I joined, I noticed the peace of mind it gives — especially with 24/7 Geek Squad® tech support for every device in my home, even the ones I didn’t buy at Best Buy. That level of access, day or night, has saved me time and frustration more than once.  One of my favorite perks is the extended product protection.     A gem for the Gaming PC Community

    I have Used Best Buy total for 2yrs so far and have built 5PCs for friends and family with Geek Squads help. A single diagnosis of an issue is $150 so this membership pays for itself the 1st time you need something looked at. I will continue using it but the mileage will vary from person to person. If you are like me and know you will upgrade things from time to time then you will save lots of money over the years. I have saved over $2,000 so far but I build and upgrade PCs for my family. PC gaming is not getting any cheaper so decide if you want to risk working on it yourself or getting help. I am not ashamed to say I suck at diagnosing PC issues so I get more out of this regardless. Besides building PCs, Best Buy Total deals are pretty awesome and I usually wait for a deal before buying something.

    I am a BIG fan of My Best Buy Total! I've had it from the very beginning and think it is worth every penny. I use my computer extensively for work and volunteering. Having access to Geek Squad by phone 24/7 is great! Whether I called with a problem in the afternoon or evening or 3:00 in the morning, a Geek Squad representative was there to help correct my problem and some of the calls lasted over an hour. They also taught me features about my computer. Just as important, I've always received outstanding customer service and treatment when I've gone to a Best Buy store for a Geek Squad appointment or to shop. Best of all, when I bought my newest computer at Best Buy, I didn't have to purchase a protection plan because it's already covered under my Best Buy Total membership. Like I said, it's worth every penny!

    My Total Membership plus everything else I needed

    I really have to highlight a number of individuals who helped me during my purchase experience. I initially came in just to address a problem with a hard-drive at GeekSquad. But, due to the seriousness of issue, I had to visit a few different departments to get everything I would need. I want to first give a huge shoutout to Erika at the GeekSquad desk. She could not have been more lovely to deal with. I was facing some rather large expenses because my poor hard-drive had a critical malfunction and needed to be sent away. She took ample time explain the whole process and made sure I understood what my options would be. She was friendly, informative, and patient. With her help, I felt I was making the best decision to address my needs. Brian is the next gentleman who helped me. I needed an external hard drive to transfer data from my damaged drive. I later found out he came over from a different department just to help me because he saw I was alone. There were different models available but her really helped me zone in a great product for the best price. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me and I felt great about the product he picked out for me - it was exactly what I needed. Brian then pointed me to Cloudy to help me find a keyboard for a Samsung tablet. I was unfamiliar with these products since it was really for my dad. He really helped me find something that would hopefully suit my dad's preferences. He was clearly knowledgeable and reassured me that it was simple enough to buy products, try them out, and if they don't quite fit your needs, the return policy was generous enough to give me opportunities to find something else. Next was Jey in the laptops section. I was facing the prospect of having to retire my 15yr old monster Alienware because it cooked 2 hard-drives. I hadn't purchased a computer in so long, I wasn't quite sure where to begin. I explained my situation and what kind of workload I typically do. Jey pointed me to 2 laptops he was confident would meet my needs and was within my budget. I was so thrilled by each computer and the price-points, I actually wound up purchasing both. Jey was spot on - they are exactly what I wanted. Andrew was the closer for my experience. He handled my purchases for the day. This is where everything really came together. He offered some great advice as far as additional options for products. He showed me the current generation of Alienware laptops and I was suddenly on the edge of making a completely different purchase but he assured me there was no pressure. He told me the laptops I was buying were more than enough to handle my work and their formfactor was a bit more comfortable. He then explained BestBuy's My Total Membership and how I might benefit considering my situation. After considering everything I had gone through; the repairs for my hard-drive, the money I might save on the backend, and the product protection for everything was buying, this was a really smart idea. My Total has saved me money and given me peace of mind. And one day, I will return to buy another Alienware. Honorable mention to Liam. Although he didn't directly help me, I saw him deal with an unruly customer. Liam maintained composure and handled the situation with grace and professionalism. Lastly, as I was leaving, I happened to meet Travis - the store manager. He was all smiles and offered a genuine sense that he cared about my experience at the store. I can't emphasize enough how much I enjoyed my experience at this location and with these people. I was facing some serious trouble and big expenses. But I got the most value for my money and the service felt sincerely personal. I'm a customer for life.

    Spent the HOURS at the Geek Squad desk, trying to figure out (over the weekend) what was wrong with my speakers on a laptop I had just purchased. Broden Pater and Aurynn Harstad worked me. They were kind, professional and determined. Turned out that my large university client had uploaded a glitch that couldn't be removed unless the programs were removed, My husband and I were clients in Sacramento, in Salem and now here. Have never had the membership... which is shocking to me now. I've used the membership twice in the last two weeks just for a quick phone call that would have taken me hours to figure out on my own. LOVE it!!

    My blue tooth lists these as JLab Epic Sport. I primarily use these when walking my dogs. I needed something that wrapped around my ears so they stayed on. I found the ones that connected all the way around the back of my head were too big. I found the ones that have the bar that rests on my neck and have a wire that connects to the ear bud keep falling out. These fit perfectly for what I use them for. I even used them when snow blowing the driveway. Great quality. But, they do hurt when have been on my ears after a few hours. Probably should not be wearing them for hours on end. Just saying.
