I’m so grateful that Best Buy accommodated my work schedule that often changes at the last minute. They delivered on-time, as scheduled. The two delivery persons were knowledgeable and careful about my home and pets. The entire process went smoothly, and my family loves our new LG fridge! They didn’t seem interested when I was discussing the purchase, but they sure are glad to have it now that it’s here! It’s so nice to be able to see what we have in the fridge- finally! We absolutely love it, and it looks great in our kitchen. Thank you!

Best Buy's Total Protection has come in handy with both our appliance purchases! We furnished our whole kitchen with new appliances from BestBuy and I'm happy I purchased the plan. I can only imagine how much I saved vs not having the coverage. The customer service is always fantastic and a tech is usually at my house to assess my issues within 1-2 weeks. I would definitely recommend if you buy at Best Buy a lot or even for a one-time purchase! Worth it!

I wasn't sure if it would be worth it, but it has proven to be. Free delivery, reduced installation charges, super easy exchange or return if needed, and special prices. In addition to peace of mind. The massage chair is what made me first get it and I've kept it since.

Great service! The extra return window is perfect for anyone who may have biyers remorse. And 2 years protection is great security for anyone who has kids. Not a big fan of the recent change adding a 15% "restocking fee" for returns.

I've been questioning if I need to keep the membership, or just buy the extended warranty since I am shopping at Best Buy less these days. If they would reduce their cost for the membership and warranties, and extend the warranty by like a year for part of the cost, I would definitely keep my membership.

Total Tech has been a life saver with open box and refurbished gear that I have had to return on more than 1 occasion and Best Buy has corrected/fixed, or replaced.

Excellent sound quality. Echo Studio speakers are an excellent investment. so that it allows you to enjoy perfect digital music by creating it.
