Too Tight — Hard to Remove AirPods Case

I purchased the Mybat Pro SafeSound Magnetic Locking Case for AirPods Pro 3 (Model MBP-APP3-BK) from Best Buy. The top part came off, but the bottom shell is stuck extremely tight around my AirPods Pro 3 charging case. There is no opening at the bottom to push it out, and if I try to apply even a little force, it feels like it may damage the AirPods case.
At this point, it’s completely stuck and I cannot remove it safely. I need professional assistance or guidance on how to take it out without causing any damage. Please advise on how to proceed and confirm whether Mybat Pro or Best Buy can take full responsibility or liability if the AirPods case gets damaged during removal.
