I bought this a month ago, barely used it and have been super careful when I do and the black casing around the cord is already cracked and showing the wires...I had one of these chargers previously and didn't have that happen until after years of use. There is no flexibility at the end of the wire when it comes out of holder like in my previous model. The charger itself works great but I have no idea how long it will last now.

I have never been so disappointed. I would give it no stars if I could. The box was ripped open when I received it and I have not located an instruction sheet for the product. This was apparently a "returned item" that they sent to me as "new". I have no idea if there was anything wrong with it, but I certainly question whether it is a "new" item. I have always had very good luck with Best Buy, unfortunately, not this time!

Bought this well traveling since I wasn’t familiar with the area was on my phone a lot for directions. Find where places are open as well as working from my phone. Was pleasantly surprised that it was a able to get my phone from around 5% battery to 100% at least twice on one charge also and only took about 30 minutes to an hour to do so and that is with me using my phone while charging. I’m also really happy that is I don’t have to keep tracks of tangled up cored it already has an adapter for both Android and Apple phone and some I have both it really has made thing a lot easier for me. You are also able to neck in USB to it if your wanting to charge something other then your phone.

This charger works very well and charges my phone like 3 or 4 times when my phone has 5%. I like that it can charge 2 phones at one time. The only thing that i don't like is that the charging cords are very short and if the charger falls out of your hand it pulls on your phones charging port and its heavy. If i had to buy another one it wouldn't me this one. It does have a usb port that you can use your own cord but i find that inconvenient to have to also carry a cord.

Excellent charger. I purchased one for a family member, who also loves it. It is heavy to carry around, so it is not a charger you would put in your pocket. Great to use when traveling. I put it in my backpack for a flight.

Okay, I needed something that would be great for traveling, compact, powerful enough to charge few devices at the time, with built in cable and also available USB for extra cable, AND, with a plug built into the device - and guess what - this device has it all! I got two of these for both of my kids as they travel a lot this summer. They are VERY happy! And - i am even more happier! :) They dont have to deal with bunch of cables now! They just have their iphones, airpod pros and this charger - good to go! Plus - these were on sale and i got two for the price of one! (i signed up to daily emails from bestbuy and that's how you get the best deal!). Thank you, Best Buy and thanks to "MyCharge" for great product!

Charged quickly I would have a full battery in about 40 minutes and it lasted long enough to charge my phone at least 3 times before it died. Price is a bit much though

I have used it on both my Galaxy s20 ultra 5g phone. And also my Nintendo Switch. Both use the USB-C connector. And the added USB port comes in handy for any device that has a USB charging cord. I've already used it to charge 2 phones. One used USB-C connector. The other used the USB port to charge another phone. It definitely a good backup battery for when the power goes out or traveling anywhere that doesn't have access available to charge any device.

This portable charger replaced a previous one, different brand, that had 1/2 the charging capacity as this one has. It was also a great price, probably a holiday type promotion. But it's a great, fast charge, portable power bank. It has the usb-c and apple cord, or a regular usb slot. Highly recommend!

I love this charger... there is enough juice to get 2-3 full charge ups; perfect for going outdoors and away from charging outlets! They give devices a pretty fast recharge. There are different combos you can choose to charge two types of electronics. Very handy since my husband and I have different phones.

Bought this for my wife for Christmas. She always has her phone in another room charging or plugged in the vehicle because she is out of battery. She can keep this in her purse and always have power wherever she is. Allows for multiple phone charges on a single charge. The multiple integrated cables make it compatible with her android and my iphone.

I like being able to charge the charger by plugging it into a wall outlet! It is rather large however. My old one that finally croaked fit in my back pocket along with my phone. There is no way that is happening with this one. Small price to pay in guess for new tech nology.

Thus by far is the very best charger I’ve ever had, it charges literally in 20 min a full charge to my iPhone. I took it to New York with me and only had to plug it in once, it’s such a life saver when you’re on the go

This is a great travel necessity! Easily plug into an outlet and charge it. Able to charge Type C USB and IPhone charger connected. Plus one USB outlet. Quick chargers devices even when in use. Compact but a little bulky.

Type c and lightening cables in one device, it is great for most of my devices.the fastest charging speed that I ever have. The only con is its big size and short cable lines. Others are perfect. Charging itself fast and charge others are also fast.

If you have an iphone and a switch, this battery can keep both going for ages, and the ability to simply plug it into the wall is amazing. Also, it does have an output for other chargers. A must buy.

This portable charger stores many hours to be used when you don't have an electrical outlet available. it also has 2 different cable chargers attached, in case you forget yours.

Works great with a Droid. Doesn't work at all with my iPad Air2. I have another mycharge portable battery that will do it that is a lot thinner but needs one cord to charge it up and another to charge my phone. So I like that I don't have to go looking for cords with this one. They, and the charger's charger, are built in. All you need is an outlet. But no iPad charging?? I tried it with an iPad in the BestBuy store. Nothing. Employee said Apple doesn't like 3rd party accessories. Why does other mycharge work with my iPad? Thought this one might be defective. They didn't have my model in-store so I spent $10 more on the better one. Same thing. Anyone else have this issue?

This is a great portable battery with charging cables for android and iOS hardwire into the charger that allows you to use right away. Great price and a great charger when your devices battery can’t get you through the day.

This charger is the best charger I have ever had with extremely fast charging . This charger plugs directly into the wall and has two hookups one Usb C charger and one iPhone piece.
