This product is a life saver when your forget to charge your phone or on one of those days when you’ve just been out and about longer than expected. To be honest I haven’t used any other similar products on the market to compare it to but powers up my iphone 15 pro Max from dead in a few minutes. Sometimes immediately. If you’re not watching media, using gps, or your camera heavily it should give you an extra 8hours of phone use. From dead it will get me back to 50-75 before the battery pack is drained. Magnet is strong enough. It has a prop stand to hold your phone upright or landscape.. not the best, still solid. The prongs to charge it in the wall are convenient as well. Supposedly you can charge 2 devices at once but I haven’t used it in that way. Overall, a good products. Does exactly what I need it to.

I bought this to charge my phone while on vacation. It worked, however I had to rotate my phone and try different positioning to find a spot where it charges. Most often, it was an off-diagonal line my phone had to be in. There would be times it would stop charging altogether. It did its job while I didnt have my main charger. Now its been a month and I tried to use it again after a full charge. No longer works.

I DIDN'T WANT TO BELIEVE THE REVIEWS...
But unfortunately, I messed around and found out.
Upon purchase, the battery was dead, so I figured to charge it. No success. I tried the magnetic charging both WITH AND WITHOUT my phone case. Still didn't work.
PLUS, the magnetic hold to the phone isn't that great. You can literally shake it off with very little effort.
I tried their cable charging, those worked great.
Charging is very quick with these devices.
And I love the product design.
The charging prongs in the back allow you to charge the battery directly to an outlet, without additional cables and usb block chargers. That's fantastic.
I like MyCharge's portable (plug in) chargers. But this product wasn't the only issue I had with the company.
Product:
myCharge - 3-in-1 15W Qi Fast Charge Wireless Charging Stand
This charging stand also was trash. Didn't work very well.
Magnetic charging isn't this companies strong suit.
I would stay away from this product. Anker and other brands have better success in the magnetic portable charging.

Not a bad charger but not the best. This is my first wireless charger and it’s okay. I don’t get a full charge on my iPhone 15 max and it did take two hours for the pack to completely dead. I wouldn’t recommend using the phone while it’s charging as the pack and the phone itself did heat up to the point I had to shut it off and let it cool down. I did get it on sale for 45 down from 65 but I definitely would not pay the retail price. I would stick with other brands with a higher capacity that would charge my phone and headphones multiple times in between recharges.

Really enjoying this product for use with both my Switch 2 and my phone. The ability to magnetically hold this on the switch while playing and then plug the whole thing into a wall is extremely convenient. Removed a ☆ for having to glue the smaller magnet pad and the kickstand magnet back on, along with some longevity/reparability concerns. Snagged this at $30 (open box) but would even recommend it new at full price.

It was great while it worked. I like the kickstand and the ability to charge it by just plugging it into a wall socket. Sadly, it did not last.
I bought this on 12/26/23. It is now 3/21/24, and the wireless charging stopped working about one week ago. The attached USB-C cable and the USB-C port will both still charge devices, so it's not totally useless. It just doesn't do the primary thing I bought it to do anymore.
There is a one-year warranty from the manufacturer. I went through the myCharge website to submit a warranty claim. If you buy this, I recommend registering on the myCharge website right away, which I did not do. But after sending in a picture of the proof of purchase and the model information printed on the side of the myCharge, I was given a $49.99 (what I paid at Best Buy) Amazon gift card the same day. So I have no complaints about the myCharge customer service on the warranty claim.
That said, I'll be going with Anker on my next Maglock power bank.

Works great. Like that it’s compact. It discharges fast, but it’ll get my phone charged to more than half. It’s perfect for traveling; which is what I wanted it for anyway.

Phenomenal little charger. It seems to have a really good capacity. It is light, small and very compact. Smaller than my actual phone in fact. I love the wireless charging and that is what I purchased it for. However it doesn't work perfectly without an iPhone with MagSafe charging. It does have the little USB-C and more connectors too. The ability to just flip out the prongs and plug it into the wall to charge it, is incredibly convenient.

The wireless part of this stopped charging the iPhones less than 2 months. After 3 months of this 5000 MaH charger will only bring an iPhone from 10% to 30% before draining a fully charged “mycharge”
This model is not on the mycharge website and specifically made for Best Buy I believe.
When I reach out to Best Buy support (seeing there is a 1 year manufacturer warranty) Best Buy is of little help. Only directing me to a store for a service repair not telling me if it is covered repair or not. (Feels like a sales technique without actually helping)

Bought this as a backup for those long work days. It was fully charge an iPhone 15 pro max but it will give you about 35% from whatever the phone was at when you attached it.
Best use case is if your phones gonna die and you just need a quick charge.

Classic example of a good idea, but a product that’s not ready for prime time. I bought one of these chargers for my iphone, and after using it just one time, the wireless charging function quit working. I tried it on several other iPhones to make sure it wasn’t my phone that was defective. It didn’t work on any of the others either. I contacted their customer service for a replacement, and that was a chore in and of itself. You would have thought I was asking for a Rolex; Incredibly frustrating process to get my defective one replaced.
They ultimately sent me a new one. After three times of using the new one, the wireless charging function quit working. I even kept it in a case for protection while traveling for business. Save your money because you’re taking a chance with this charger. I have no desire to jump through hoops to get another one. It’s a $60 lesson learned.
