I bought an open box item that said it looked and worked like normal, but it was so dirty. I think it works ok, but it’s too soon to tell. It also came completely uncharged, unlike its new counterparts. I typically like this product, but I don’t think the $5 discount was worth getting a product that looked so used, I’ll remember that next time
