    This is OK but you can only charge a device a little and it takes for ever. Also the cord are very short so you can not keep charging while talking or using your phone or tablet

      Do any of the lights come on, if so how many?
      Do any of the lights blink, how many and when?
      When you connect the myCharge device to your phone please remember to press the power button on the myCharge for 2-3 Seconds, what happens then?
      What is the model of the phone and/or tablet are you trying to charge?
      Please confirm the model number of your myCharge device, this should be located on the back or side of the device.
      Is the device not charging itself, not charging the phone, or both

    This is the best battery pack for your devices that I have found. It is great for traveling since all the cables you need are already attached and neatly tucked away until you need them. It is also easy to recharge the battery pack by simply flipping the ac plug out from the body.

    Purchased from the Best Buy store in Rego Park, Queens NY while waiting for my laptop to be picked up from Geek Squad desk. Just a month & a half later, this product is not even keeping a charge. Of course, I've already thrown out the box. I am very upset about this.

    I bought one of these two years ago. Thought the newer ones would perform better but this charges my phone twice as slow and the body is also bigger it doesn’t fit in the same outlet the first one did. Bigger and slower? BIG THUMBS DOWN
