    I purchased this charger to use at craft shows where I don't have electricity. My first time using the charger was when my daughters apartment complex lost power for almost 2 hours. I was able to charge my phone during this time period.

    only using the product for a week or so we are finding it very useful. although it doe not appear to be charging as fast as a wire its nice to not plug in all the time just get a little charge.
