However, it is clearly a used/returned 'open box' item. I don't appreciate being sent open box items unless I order them. Are your "Deals of the Day" always open-box items? But man, little did I know that it was going to make me work so it can be an effective dash cam. First, it only accepts a 16 gb memory card which is good enough for about 2 hours of recording before It gets full. So when it says memory is full, I would have to manually go in the dash cam and remove or delete every recording so I can start recording again. You repeat this every 2 hours everyday. To top it all off, after 7 months of using this, 8 hours a day, 7 days a week, it gave up on me. Fortunately I had warranty and they gave me my money back.

Should’ve invested a little bit more money into a dash cam with better quality. The quality is really poor, it's not user friendly, and the biggest issue is how it is designed. The charging port is on the wrong side and it's too heavy and tilts the camera. Well you would think you could use it without the cord but from fully charged it died within 12 minutes! 12 minutes?! What a useless product. I feel bad for anyone who paid full price for this scrap. I hope I can return it, it's only been a month but I don't have the box anymore.

Posted .Hi there, we are so sorry to hear that you have been having trouble with your dash cam. If you are having trouble with the tilt, this means you need to tighten your mount so it could stay stable. With all the bumps and movement of your car, the mount can loosen over time. All you need to do is twist to tighten and dash cam should not tilt.
The dash cam is not meant to be charged and then used. The dash cam needs to be plugged into your vehicle to be powered on. So if the dash cam isn't plugged in then yes, you won't have power. if you're looking to have it powered on at all times while your vehicle is parked, you can have it hardwired it into your vehicle in order for your dash cam to have power.
