It’s pretty amazing in every level. Even watching standup, which I love, and you’ll hear people laughing all around you. It’s like sitting in the audience.

I was hoping to have a top quality surround system especially considering the cost. I returned this. The system itself is mediocre. From the connections to the quality of the sound. However. If you decide to play music on it it is horrible. The connections for the rear and surround speakers come off the subs. This is a huge problem if you wish to hide the wires as it potentially requires 4 more holes in the walls. Unacceptable. The speakers themselves, other than the subs, are mediocre at best. Both the quality of the sound and the quality at high volume are not great. The subs are pretty decent in sound and at high volume. This system is absolutely no better than my 250$ Samsung curve soundbar with a sub. The samsung sound bar is actually better in my opinion as far as quality of sound and definitlely better at maintaining quality at high volume. Its also just as loud as this system if not a touch louder. I return the product and while at the store looked at other options. Just as an FYI the salesman at my store did not try to up sell me. In fact he prevented me from spending a ton more than I needed to to achieve what I wanted. A ton meaning thousands. So I listened to the soundbars they had first. The Sony with sub at $1500 was by far the best. I would recommend that one to everyone. Quality of sound and volume quality and volume level were amazing for a soundbar. This is true both for movies and music. I went with a component system. Not really fair to compare a higher end component system with a soundbar due to the significant extra cost so I won't. What I've learned is when it comes to audio equipment you must go into the store and actually listen to them to ensure you get a system or component that suits your wants. Have the salesman run it through its paces. Its important to note that when it came to evaluating what it would be like with music I actually had the salesman play some songs I like which are completely different than the demo stuff.

Couldn't have made a better choice. Was in the look out for a good simple system but for around the same price range came across this awesome system.

I purchased it because this one provides wireless connection so you can eliminate wire from the sound bar to the sub-woofer. Your surround speak is connected from the woofer through wire. Sound was OK but not so impressive. I hoped better experience for listening music. It was well to OK range. I returned it not because all these reason. The remote controller failed within 2 weeks. I noticed it is permanent damage since the battery is quite hot and I can smell the silicon package is burned. Ohoh. I really left the controller on the table, I suspect it is defected product. Also I can ask replacement but I'm worried that this can happen again.

Super happy with the sound system, 2 subwoofer make a drastic difference in the sound effects!!!

This is an awesome soundbar that will take your breath away. It is made for immersive experience such as Dolby Atmos and DTS:X movies!

Sound quality is good. Seems to have to be reset with every different movie. Sometimes it just shuts of on its own. The display completely sucks. I thought for the price I'd be pretty happy with it, but I'm not. It's not very user friendly. I consider myself pretty intelligent when it comes to technology. This system is not for someone who isn't technologically intelligent. On screen display would really make this system do much better and easier to control.

Amazing , cinematic sound ... sounds literally like your in the movie theater.

Watching movies on this system is like you are inside the XD theater especially cranking up the volume. Sub woofers excellent.

The sound quality from these speakers is amazing! Suround quality is amazing coming from so many speakers, not to mention 2 subs!

I bought it because all the great reviews but at the end I wasn't impressed at all. It is loud, and the bass is there, but the treble is almost inexistent. The sound coming from the sound bar is too warm and not bright. The surround speakers are great and the sound is really immersive, but it wasn't enough for me to upgrade from my 12 years old Bose V20. I didn't noticed the Dolby Atmos effect. I love to listen to music and I don't see my self doing it on the Nakamichi. I think is a solid system, but maybe if this was my first sound system and I didn't have anything else to compare it to I would be really happy.

Great sound, Downfall is speaker are large, and bulky. Not a good way to hide them. I previously owned a bose and the speakers were small and fit nicely on a stand and were not very noticeable
