Constant disconnects. Just stopped working all together. The owlet was better which is what we returned this for. However it started to get problematic. Ended up going for one with a dedicated monitor. Oh well

So far so good, it was a bit confusing at first but it was great after using the features on the app such as the “insights” tabs, where is shows you important events with your newborn and slowly builds up a profile for your baby and help with sleep health.

Love it. During the day the image is so clear. Just a lil to high up on wall. Night view is not so good. But im completely satified with this product. I love how it keeps track of naps and sleep.

The Nanit system has been a great addition to our nursery and we use it as a compliment to a basic camera system that is not near the crib and off to the side. Having a safe, overhead view helps us sleep a little better at night.

After doing tons of research on smart baby monitors we finally decided on the Nanit. Product testers seemed to rave about it. Initially after setup it seemed like a great tool and offered great peace of mind. Then the reliability issues started happening. Freezing, not pulling up, losing connection in the middle of the night, etc. So much for peace of mind. Nanit customer service tried to tell us it was our internet connection...but yet none of our other cameras in the house have any issues. In short, it’s great when it’s working but it only works about 75% of the time so we bought a regular baby monitor to use as well for backup. It’s a pricey piece of equipment for something that only works part of the time.

I bought this with my 3rd baby. All I can say is I wish I would’ve had it since my first baby. I love this product I give it 10 stars. The set up is super easy. Love love this product.

Great product with great alerts and works great sending alerts to the phone. Bought for a present for a baby shower and the people loved it.

Got this for our newborn it’s extremely reliable! It’s playback features are the best. You can see the entire night on your phone

The first one we purchased didn’t work and nanit support is awful but luckily Best Buy is much better and fixed the issue

Baby monitors sure have come a long way since my first child was born. The Nanit is amazing! I love it when the instruction manual is only a couple pages. It directs you to add the app and walks you through each step for setting up the camera and positioning the monitor so it properly captures the crib. Setup using the app is easy. Of course, the rest of the setup with mounting on the wall, etc. that part isn't so much fun, but really did you think it would be? Love having such as easy app on my phone to use with a baby monitor rather than having the little hand-held things of years past. And the picture!?! Wow! It's crystal clear and provides great picture both with lights on and off. I also liked that there was a little nightlight I could turn off and on from the app. Audio was super clear too! I could hear noises in the room and you even get alerts on your phone when motion or sound is detected. It's pretty amazing what technology can do these days. My son was more than happy to go into the other room with my phone and talk to me through it so I could hear his voice also coming through crystal clear on the baby's end of the monitor. I'm sure that will come in very handy to sooth my daughter as we work through sleep training eventually. Definitely a big win for Nanit! I did also pick up a separate stand so I can move it around the house. It was very easy to move the monitor from the wall mount to the stand too, so I look forward to taking this with me when we travel although I'll have to bring my hotspot with us in order to use it since I've heard the monitor won't work on public networks, but it'll be totally worth it to just use our hotspot and have the security of being able to see her just like we do at home.
