The camera gives you an idea of how your baby sleeps over night.
Not 100% accurate.
The app is glitchy sometimes.
Overall you gain a lot of insight on how your baby sleeps during the night.

The camera is sleek and works as advertised. Have not utilized the sleep tracking or other functions yet, but works great to monitor movement and sound.
Buy something that will work for longer than 6 mon

The product works...as long as you maintain your subscription to Nanit Pro! After 6 months, you lose access to some of the most basic and helpful features. There is a feature that will tell you when the baby was last put in or out of the crib, very useful for tracking how long your baby has slept. Locked behind a paywall (on a product you paid $300 for). Another feature that shows you the history for the last week. Locked behind a paywall.

I purchased the Nanit Pro Smart but ended up returning it shortly after. On the surface, it’s a very cool device with plenty of features. However, security concerns quickly made it a deal-breaker for me.
I use a password manager, had a unique password set up, and even enabled two-factor authentication—yet one day, my wife heard a strange man’s voice coming through the monitor. The moment I got home, I took everything apart and returned it to Best Buy. That was enough to completely shatter my trust in internet-connected baby monitoring devices.
We’ve since gone back to using a traditional, non-internet baby monitor and feel much safer. On top of the security issues, the Nanit Pro Smart is extremely expensive, and the ongoing subscription fees make it even harder to justify.
I strongly recommend avoiding this product. Stick with a standard baby monitor—you’ll save money and, more importantly, peace of mind.

I appreciate the tech on this camera. I will say having to choose the stand vs. regular mount is a hard choice> I may still buy the floor mount to ensure I can get it into the right spot and not have it so semi-permanently attached to the wall.
